I have been so happy with Design Jewelers! I discovered them about 8 years ago and they made the most beautiful and unique one of a kind wedding ring set for me. I went back in years later to have it resized and they did a perfect job! It makes me happy every day to slide my ring on with ease.

Design Jewelers did an amazing job on on our wedding bands. Yester and Nazo gave us many options to pair beautifully with my Fiancée engagement ring which was also purchased from the wonderful team. They did a great job on the custom ring based on size and design that i desired. They definitely went above and beyond and made our wedding rings that much special. If you need a ring you care deeply about sized quickly and correctly, this is the place to go. I made an appointment for a Friday afternoon in February. Nazo and his sister welcomed me warmly. They sized two rings for me: an engagement ring and a semi-precious stone in a sterling silver band. They can resize your ring size on site, same day. I had my perfectly fitting rings back within 90 minutes.

Always an amazing experience! Beautiful jewelry and beautiful people that truly just want to make you happy and succeed every time! Went in for my wedding band pick up and they shined my engagement ring and brought us a bottle of champagne to take home when they found out our wedding is in two weeks! Truly magical experience! First of all, as soon as you walk in, they clean ALL your jewelry before you even look or talk about what you're looking for. My wedding ring hasn't been this pristine and clean since the day I got married. BTW, this happens every single time you visit Pete, not just the first time. Amazing service.

They are very professional, sincere and really do take the time to listen. While playing with my dog, my main diamond in my wedding ring must have been loose and my dog jumped on me and it fell out!! Luckily I found the diamond in the grass (I'm super lucky!)
I called earlier in the day and due to COVID, they were only open by appt. Nazo was able to accommodate me same day. I rushed from Vallejo to see if he was able to put my diamond back in (the jewelry store we purchased my ring closed down). They have a onsite jewelers repair, amazing! Most places send your jewelry out. He was able to fix my ring and shined it up and it looks brand new!! I'm so in love

The most beautiful, breathtaking jewelry, impeccable service, inviting and best selections are what we experienced during our visits to Design Jewelers. I had my eye on my dream ring that "lived" at Design Jewelers for many years. I called in ahead of time and spoke to Yester about getting my engagement ring repaired (which I purchased in Portland). She was very kind and sweet and reassured that she could get my ring repaired but an estimate would need to be done in person.
I came in and she had a look. Basically my setting needed to be melted and reshaped because there was a crack in the band and had become disfigured, and the diamond needed to be reinforced. It was ready within an hour and the cost to repair was only $40.
That easy - I just ended up walking

OK YALL. I have to say I love the customer service here. Went to look for an engagement ring for my son, we checked out another store and was greeted with prejudice looks and left. Glad we left there and came here.
We were assisted by TALINE and I must say she was so satisfying with customer service, detailed and knew exactly what we wanted In Our budget.
Super satisfying with her service and definitely listens to what we wanted.
Again, my son and I were just browsing around to about 11 different stores, after our stop here, we definitely stop shopping and decided to end the shopping here

This review is way overdue. Nazo and his team are absolutely amazing, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Beautiful diamond, beautiful custom setting, fair pricing, and impeccable service.
I came in looking for an engagement ring, and visited a dozen different jewelry shops in the mart. Some of the others were clearly full of sales reps trying to get me into whatever they could. Not here. They spent so much time listening to me and making sure they found a diamond that met what I was looking for. They didn't have it in stock, but were able to order it super quickly.

Highly recommend! Craft work is stunning with great attention to detail. I had own designs for the ring and the band, Maria and Sam went above and beyond to make my ring just like I wanted. I've spent hours of researching and being in many places in the Design Jeweler in CA and with really high expectations couldn't trust many places- if you want quality work highly recommend!

My husband and I went in to fix our engagement ring where one of the settings fell out and the ring was a little bit bent. They fixed it in 1 hour! They have an artisan there so it beats the waiting time. We were so shocked and ecstatic because we expected at least a wait time of 1 week. We've done jewelry in Japan before so our expectations were very high. They were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, sincere, informative, accommodating! Everything you would want when fixing your precious diamond.

Design Jeweler has been our jeweler for 25 years. They always have a great selection to choose from and Hilda has always provided excellent service. We recently visited to select rings for our 25th anniversary and size adjustments were made right on the spot with minimal waiting time (they even cleaned my older wedding ring and made it look show-room new). We highly recommend them for quality jewelry and excellent service.

Nazo, he is truly the magic man. I needed custom jewelry made in a ridiculously short amount of time needed for my wife's second anniversary, but he delivered without any compromises in quality. My wife's Tanzanite stone looked even more stunning after the deft hands of Design Jewelers had crafted the final pendant.
