I’ve used Chris for several years now, went to her when another tax service screwed up, and she sorted out the mess. I’ve been using her ever since.
She is extremely knowledgeable, explains in detail what’s happening, I file with multiple schedules so my taxes are not the easiest. Chris is straight shooter and very honest about what can & cant be done with your taxes. I know I have nothing to worry about, when it comes to my taxes.

Consumer beware. Chris completed my taxes a couple years ago and she made a mistake. I understand mistakes, however how she handled that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was sent a letter indicating my taxes were completed incorrectly and I had several thousand dollars in fees and interest. Chris was very defensive and said she does not make mistakes that is was my fault they were filed incorrectly because I checked them over. I am not sure how her filing my papers incorrectly was my fault or how I was to know they were done incorrectly, that’s why hired her. However it happened and I had pay the back

The only positive I can give this tax preparer is the packet that she gave us after she completed our taxes.
We had multiple issues with her. We found multiple errors while she was doing our taxes, and she continually had to redo our taxes. Secondly, she brought political issues into the conversation that just brought tension that was unneeded. Finally, with those political issues that she brought forth was being hypocritical doing taxes for those who were here undocumented then notifying law enforcement sources about filling their taxes.
I would highly discourage anyone from using this

I spoke with Chris this afternoon. I called her out of the blue. We have never met; I have to say she went completely out of her way to help me with all my questions. She was polite, patient, and mostly willing to listen to my questions thoroughly before answering me. I tried calling other tax professionals in the area and all they wanted was to set an appointment. Not Chris she was awesome, stayed on the phone for close to 20+ minutes. I didn’t have a tax accountant prior to speaking to Chris, I do now! CHRIS
