Talked to (Julia and Amy) to do our joint business and personal taxes. We asked if our taxes would be getting looked at after being in queue for 3 weeks. After waiting for 3 weeks in their queue they said they would not work with us. Extremely unprofessional and wasted 3 weeks of our time. We wanted a professional tax service so we could lock down a good mortgage rate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Shauna and her team have been doing our (personal and company) taxes for the last 7 years. We barely have to take care of anything. She does it all and the charges she invoices are very fair. I just got back my 2016 returns, Shauna or someone in the office put a note in my file that I had paid QTR returns which was not correct. They did not call to verify, now I owe an additional $3000!! This is unbelievable, she even charged me double of what she charged last year and made a massive mistake. Amazing, I would highly discourage anyone from using this accountant. She refused to give me any type of refund and now I may be responsible for penalties and interest.....super scary stay way clear of this accountant!!!!!!!

Sherwood Tax is a small office. The owner is always present and very accessible. She has been and invaluable help in guiding me from a tax perspective and even given me some great business advice. Staff is also very helpful. When I started a new business I was a bit overwhelmed. They actually drove 30 minutes to my office and walked me through everything to set up my books. Great service!!
