Drug prescriptions had not really helped, and I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Posmantur did a very thorough history, prescribed Chinese herbs and did regular acupuncture treatments for eight weeks. I now go back every month or so, and I haven't been having any sinus problems for over ten months!

Services
SNAC has been an established family medicine clinic since 1987, providing service for naturopathic primary care, acupuncture, physical & sports medicine, women's health, and pediatrics. We are a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and affirm that Black lives matter. Together, our team of doctors are able to care for all aspects of one's health and for every member of the family.

I called to book an appointment for CST with Dr. Pinkleton, based on information on their website indicating she provides those services. The receptionist, Jessica, called me back and told me that Dr. Pinkleton doesn't do that and she never heard of those services in the office. I asked for clarification, as I was confused about why their website would specifically state she is specially trained if she has never provided those services. I got a very short answer and pretty much told to look elsewhere without any explanation. I was very discouraged and frustrated with the unprofessional response

I made the switch to naturopathy with Dr. Tressa Pinkleton this year, and wow, am I glad that I did, because my faith in healthcare has been reignited and I've been sharing my experience here with all of my friends and coworkers!

Dr. Pinkleton is awesome! I have seen a lot of doctors over the past 7 years trying to pin down a diagnosis for a set of chronic symptoms. I think the most important difference between her and the other doctors I’ve seen is that I walk away knowing I’ve been heard. The whole family sees her now and we couldn’t be happier with our care!
We also appreciate the other doctors in the practice for seeing us urgently when Dr. Pinkleton couldn’t, and the office staff are friendly and helpful!

I searched high and low to replace my beloved naturopath when they became "out of network" when my insurance changed. So very grateful to have found Dr. Pinkleton. She's knowledgeable, a terrific listener, and upbeat. I go to the doctor to manage diabetes and feel I'm in good hands with Tressa. Also always seem to find parking. Love it.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Pinkleton, and I can confidently say this is one of the best doctor appointments I've had in my adult life. She was very attentive and knowledgable about my ailment. She also seems to hold a nice balance of openness and consciousness while discussing my health. I gained a lot of insight into my issue and left with the confidence that we're gonna get to the bottom of it as well as some strategies for wellness in the meantime.

Dr. Pinkleton is very knowledgeable and caring, with a great bedside manner and listening skills. I slept a solid, uninterrupted 8 hours the night after our appointment and I think it's the result of the combination of treatments she had me try. She gave me several actionable pieces of advice to act on immediately and I actually feel a lot better already on Day 1! Dr. Pinkleton does counseling too on top of naturopathic care. Never thought I'd say that I'm really excited for my next appointment with my doctor!

I'm very disappointed to be submitting this review. I booked an appointment with Dr Rick last week, and at the time of booking the appointment asked what the charge would be. I was advised the uninsured rate was $185, but to provide my insurance details to see what the insured rate was.
Today when I spoke to Jessica I was advised that the insured rate under my plan was $375. Our conversation followed the below script fairly closely:
Me: "To confirm, you're proposing to charge me $375 which is over double the $185 rate for an uninsured patient".

My husband and I worked with Emi Yamasaki, who delivered our son at the Seattle Center for Birth. She was great working with us through the whole pregnancy and delivery of our son. I appreciated that she kept me informed about what to expect during the pregnancy and any tests or procedures that she recommended. I felt like she was invested in my pregnancy & well-being. I believe that hospitals have a place for complications during pregnancies, but if you are having an unremarkable pregnancy, consider alternative options. I would highly recommend her.

Have been seeing Dr. Barnow for a few years now off the recommendation from a friend and I am so happy I found her and her clinic! She's warm, caring, and very responsive.
