MDM Physical Therapy has been serving the people of Mesa, AZ since 2009. The goal of MDM Physical Therapy is to make your daily tasks and activities easier. When I came to MDM I had already had 4 weeks of therapy, so I was moving well with very little pain, but most of my therapy had been walking and exercising. I had no soft tissue therapy. Here the therapist worked with the soft tissue loosening up the patella. Movement is much easier now and there is minimal pain to none most of the time.
My experience here was great, everybody helped me out and after ten years of having pain in my shoulder, the members of the team got it to where I could move again. I actually can enjoy hugging people instead of sending the pain through the roof. My doctor referred me to MDM Physical Therapy as I was suffering from extreme pain in my left shoulder.

I have nothing but good things to say about the therapy here. My partner was treated for a few weeks and saw significant improvement in his back pain. The issue we had was with insurance/billing. We asked if there was any sort of copay or charge at his first visit. We were told no by the front office staff, so we scheduled several visits for him. Then we received a couple of bills in the mail. We ended up having to pay those out of pocket costs, which is obviously our responsibility but it was unexpected and not fun to deal with. I recommend going here for great care, but make sure you double check

I came to MDM therapy after HIFU prostate cancer therapy.
I was one of the lucky 1 or 2 percent that picked up every bad side effect from the procedure.
I am specifically being treated for the incontinence that is so embarrassing, particularly when standing up to cheer for the Arizona Coyotes.
The first day there, I was peeing almost pure blood.. by the second week of therapy no more blood and was down to 3 diapers a day, down from 10.
Still have some problems but the physical therapy along with getting back to a running program are incredibly giving me hope that I can return to some normalcy

I've gone to MDM Physical Therapy a few times over the last 5 years or so for different issues. Mark and Susan and the whole team of therapists and assistants are wonderful! They are kind, caring, and hard working. They will do everything they can to help you, even purchasing new equipment! I highly recommend this PT practice!

Hi Guys, Just wanted to let you know that since leaving AZ for home in Minnesota I have continued the exercises provided by Mark as well as some I was doing prior to meeting the staff at MDM early February of this year. I was referred to MDM with the intention of being treated for issues with lower back pain. Mark did an initial assessment and informed me that the back was not the primary problem, but that my pelvis was out of alignment and began treating me for that. He started me on a very rigorous program and I began to improve slowly but surely. I am now feeling better than I have felt in many

I have been to a couple therapy offices.. none compare. Ashley and Quinn are amazing they both give very personalized care while keeping it a light and fun environment. Any thing they do weather it's massage techniques or stretching you out they always ask how your body is feeling and make sure your comfortable and content :) thank you guys for helping me soo much!! I will never go anywhere else. Phenomenal patient care :)

I cannot say enough about Mark and Susan Mooney and their staff. Prior to visiting them, I had a difficult time walking more than three miles due to an ankle injury and subsequent surgery. To date, I have had 13 visits with MDM Physical Therapy and I am up to seven miles three to four times a week. Even doing some good trail hikes like Wind Cave in Usery Mountain Regional Park!...900 foot elevation gain....with (almost) no pain. Getting better every day.
