Services
Peter Nusser is the proud owner and home inspector of 360 Inspections. In 2002, Peter began doing mold inspections and environmental testing. Later, these skills became useful as he took up home inspection, becoming a certified home inspector in 2004. Over the years, he has found many ways to help his customers have an easier time buying, selling, or maintaining their properties.
The Buyer's Inspection, along with the other home inspection services we offer, is completed in accordance with the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) Standards of Practice (SOP). Our goal during this inspection is to help home buyers understand the issues in the home that could potentially lead to costly repairs.

Peter provides amazing customer service and is very good at what he does. I have done my own home inspections on my last three purchases but this property needed a professional. He was very fast to schedule and actually did me a favor by pulling it in. He and his partner went above and beyond my expectations. He walked me through everything significant he found for an hour and then sent me a very detailed report with everything I would ever need. Really kind of blew my mind. Highly recommend using for any home or business inspection you need.

I am in the process of purchasing a home. I am a first time home buyer and certainly needed someone that would be thorough and informative. Peter conducted the inspection and walked me through everything that should be addressed immediately, as well as what may represent future concerns. He was very patient with my questions and answered everything in layman terms, making it very easy to understand, and provided recommendations based on his experience. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.

Peter inspected multiple houses for us as we searched and eventually settled on a house in sacramento. He was thorough in his reports and detailed exactly what would need to be fixed should we purchase any of the homes.
He arrived early or on time every time and was more than happy to explain everything he saw Many inspectors or realtors want to do their job and leave, just letting you read the report, but he took the time to show or explain every issue in real time, explaining our options and costs.

Peter of 360 inspections is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable inspectors in his field. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and customer service. His years of experience, his knowledge of all aspects of inspection, and his ability to communicate his findings to me, were unbelievable. Peter is definitely one of the best inspectors in Northern California. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and or family.
