Rented an apartment from them in Adams MA. When we were shown the apartment it was vacant but looked like a tornado went through it. Claimed there were new carpets but they were the cheapest carpets I've ever seen. "New" paint was all over the trimming and there was shavings all over the floor. We were told it would be cleaned and be in new condition when we moved in. Signed the lease and told her when we would be moving in. The day we went to move in the maintenance man and his wife and children were inside "cleaning" since it had not been done yet. They were charging their cell phones and playing
