Please contact us if you would like a Rental Application mailed to you. Please fill out the rental applications completely, sign and date. Paystubs and income documentation must accompany the Rental Application for all members of the household who are 18 years of age or older. This community also has an affordable rental program.

The Mill House Apartments are a great place to live! I lived there for about a year and was very happy with the experience.
I always felt safe and comfortable in and around the building, and the apartments are spacious. All of the residents are polite and quiet, and we never had issues with noisy neighbors or package thieves. The complex also has fun weekly (and free) community events for the residents, including bringing in a small farmer's market to the courtyard in the summer and fall.
The office staff are also wonderful, and on the few occasions we needed maintenance, they arrived within

MillHouse Apartments is a nice quiet place/convienant to uptown hippie -mart( Greenfield’s Market Co/op) with it’s cafe/bookshoppe/pharmacy etc all walking distance/especially suited to elderly/disabled.Privacy is a main forte/but the ole biddies “ Coffee With Cops Club/Crime Watch Community enables harassment of disabled demographic/which should not be encouraged/in the name of quiet enjoyment..!!
