I was incredibly excited to speak with Caroline but had 3 separate phone appointments over 24 hours where no one ever called me. I called them to reschedule and the last time I was assured they would call but didn't. I know they are swamped right now but shouldn't be making appointments they don't have time for then. It adds a lot of stress to an already stressful situation.

They started out strong with me months ago, but I think I got put on the back burner. Sent an email with copies of forms I wanted to be advised on before filling out. Sent it on Saturday so they'd have them first thing Monday morning. Called on Monday. Left a message. No response. Called Tuesday. Was told that they received the email, but "sometimes" they get busy and they'd call me later that day. They never did. Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. Called Friday @ 1:30. They said they received the email, but they had an emergency. They added that they'd read it and call me back. They didn't

After talking to an attorney. I was told I would be emailed the information needed to start the legal process I was in much need of. A week later I called and was told I would receive a call back. A month later I called again to only to told they had my information and would be emailing it to me and I could expect a call from the attorney. Unfortunately weeks later nothing again.
A simple courtesy call would of been nice, it could of saved me time and alot of hassle with starting over again finding another attorney.
