Parents can face situations where they are no longer able to continue caring for their children. Priceless. Highly recommend. Charles helped us obtain temporary guardianship on very short notice and ultimately permanent guardianship for our son during a mental health crisis. He was very informative, kept us informed about and walked us through each step, and even met us at our house for paperwork. Thank you Charles for the work you do and how you do it. You made that very difficult situation so much easier.

I called Mr. Edelson for help with a Durable Power of attorney. He answered the phone and listened to my situation. Then he spent about 15 minutes telling me how I could handle this on my own. I was shocked that he was such a caring and giving person. He is an outstanding human being and you cannot go wrong with a lawyer like Mr. Edelson.

I found Charles to be personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is empathic and creative in solving difficult problems, especially around logistics. I found it very helpful that he meets at locations that are convenient as this alleviates some of the stress from the process. I highly recommend him! I have referred him to other families with guardianship needs especially of the adult DD population.
