After contacting what seemed like hundreds of jewelers, I finally found Frank, and was so happy I did! He was the only local jeweler who would custom make the engagement ring (for my now wife) within the ballpark of my budget and without suffering on quality.
My wife originally found the design she loved online. I really didn’t want to order from overseas and was willing to pay more to support and have the convenience of someone nearby. He made it exactly the way she wanted and better!

Couldn’t have asked for better experience with Frank Michael jewelers while buying an engagement ring. Frank was very accommodating throughout the process. I had zero knowledge of the diamond purchasing process but Frank took his time to explain everything. His service is unmatched and was extremely helpful with figuring out the perfect custom ring by providing a range of diamonds and settings to choose from.

I am so incredibly grateful for the custom gold band Frank was able to bring to life for me for my wedding day. Made from my dads wedding band (top left photo), Frank created a custom more modern band for me and recreated the design from my dads. Frank’s amazing work and eye for detail made the results better than I could have imagined and it is so so special to me something I’ll cherish forever. I was able to wear this on my right hand down the aisle and have a piece of my dad with me while I married my best friend. My whole “stack” is now FMJ. He’s wonderful to work with, I recommend

I love this store! Beautiful pieces and lots of variety. I had some jewelry my grandmother gave me that didn't fit, and Frank customized some pieces into one to fit my personality. I would highly recommend this place!!! Frank was able to custom make an engagement ring out of my gf grandma's engagement ring. Frank who is the owner was able to extract the diamond, clean it and place it onto a new setting and it turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! when I proposed, my gf was shocked of how amazing it turned out. It's her dream ring! I would recommend calling first before stopping by because he might be out of the office.

Well deserved reviews! My wife was very, very happy with his work. Brought her engagement ring to be repaired per a bent prong. Frank was honest over the phone with me that depending on the nature of the bend that it may require additional gold to repair. Upon his inspection, he said that was not the case. Also brought in her wedding band for resizing along with a watch that needed a battery replaced. The rings look like new, fit even better, and throughout the entire process we felt like valued customers. Grateful for the professionalism and quality work.

I will never go here again. I got my ring resized but couldn't pick it up for weeks bc they kept closing early without notice. I even went w my hubby to pick out a piece together after work to pick out jewelry together but they were closed earlier than the posted hours.
My ring stayed hostage for weeks and when I actually got to go pick it up bc it was finally open, he tried to overcharge me. Claimed it was tax when I had even asked if the original price was inclusive of tax.
Disappointing.

15 minutes before I needed to leave for the airport, I noticed my watch wasn't working. Looked up this place on Yelp and high tailed it over. The woman at the shop was super nice and changed my watch battery in about 5 minutes. It works fine and cost me $15. Thank you so much for your quick service and kindness. I will be back again!

I visited Frank early this summer to begin my search for an engagement ring. Frank was extremely patient with me, and very helpful. I must have visited Frank 3 or 4 times before I was close to making a decision, and at no point did he pressure me into making a purchase.

I can't express how great Frank was working with on helping me pick out my engagement ring for my girlfriend/now fiancée! Frank has been my jeweler for years. His custom jewelry is simply fantastic. He built my wife's engagement ring with a diamond I purchased there, worked with my wife to design a wedding band using her grandmothers diamonds, and provided me with all of my best gifts. However, I would be remiss if I only talked about his big ticket items. Frank has also repaired my watches, replaced batteries, replaced clasps, and refitted/replated an heirloom mens wedding band. Excellent local business. Found them on Yelp, gave a quick call to confirm that they honor the 15% discount when you mention Yelp deal. Not only did they honor it, they actually gave me 20% off on the battery replacement for my Fossil watch! The owner Frank is very friendly with great social skills and incredibly helpful. Will definitely go back when my next watch battery needs replacement, rather than purchasing another watch!
