We had the best engagement ring shopping experience ever. We showed up to our appointment and all staff was so friendly and welcoming. The offered us mimosas and we didn't wait long before our salesman Danny greeted us. So friendly, so personable. He showed us a ton of options of what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren, who was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She made the selection process easy by helping us to understand our preferences. She also helped my husband and I pick out our wedding bands. She was also able to provide some direction on a custom necklace with pendent that turned out beautifully. Erika was absolutely wonderful to work with! Our first appointment was very educational, going over everything I needed to know to make a decision on a diamond. I felt so much more confident after leaving that appointment with a diamond picked out that I knew so much about. The setting design process was so easy and informative as well! I was always aware where we were at in the process. The CAD renderings and wax model were super helpful. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Erika and everyone at Ethan Lord. I cannot describe how amazing Ethan Lord is. I went here with my mom back in January just to try on styles and see what I liked on my finger and Kristy was so welcoming and helpful! She had champagne ready to go for us on our fun day and had so many options and styles to try on. Super informative and answered all of our million questions. I highly recommend this place to all soon to be engaged couple. My bf & I searched for places that can show us not only diamonds but also lab created diamonds & moissanite beginning of February. Due to covid stay home order & the riot we were unable to make an appointment until the beginning of July. As soon as we enter the space, it didn't feel like we were at a jewelry store. It feels homey, cozy & welcoming. I don't know if it was just the timing when business finally started opening after the riot/looting, that the store front didn't have any jewelry in display

We cannot recommend Ethan Lord and Erika enough! My husband first worked with Erika to choose a diamond and design my engagement ring. She walked him through the whole process and helped alleviate much of the stress involved in choosing a ring. I absolutely love what he chose. We returned to Ethan Lord for his wedding band and to restore my grandmother's wedding band and had another wonderful experience. My grandmother's band was restored to such a beautiful state. They told me to drop by so they can take a look at the ring before they promise me whether they can resize it or not and at the time frame I requested and also told me to bring a GIA report or an appraisal.

The best jewelers! Especially Erika. She helped my husband design my engagement ring, and I can't imagine a more gorgeous ring! We went back to her for our wedding bands, and they turned out beautifully. Her and the entire team there have been so lovely and welcoming through the whole process - they clean my engagement ring every time I come in.
