The opportunity to become a hairstylist fell in my lap at 18 years old, I'm doing it 15 years later because I feel theres no greater job on earth. My journey in this industry began back in Tulsa, Oklahoma where I dreamed of living in a real city with a career where i could be creative with endless potential on how big I could grow it.
Since 2012, I have worked in some big sparkly salons in the Seattle area. What an experience going from a team of 12 to 50 for this Oklahoma stylist. Continuing to soak up all my experiences and knowledge, I made my initial core group of friends from these places. I knew I had landed at my home when I came to Seattle.

TLDR: Mandy is a magician. And the kindest human on the planet. Go book with her immediately.
After dyeing my hair dark brown for over a decade, I decided it was time to go lighter. Anyone who's ever done that knows it can wreak havoc on your hair. Mandy created a plan to do this gradually over the course of many appointments so my hair stayed healthy and also never turned weird shades in the interim.
She's also genuinely a kind person and chatting with her during appointments is like getting a hug from a best friend.

I've been going to Mandy for years! A decade? A long time... I get a cut and balayage with her and I wouldn't let anyone else touch these locks with this balayage expert in this world. She's so talented and best of all she's so kind. Mandy's space is VERY COVID safe - She has her very own studio space all to herself and takes all the precautions.

Mandy is very friendly and professional. And she really makes you feel like your a friend.
The salon was clean and comfortable. Nice and private which calmed me down during a pandemic. She is careful and takes precautions to keep us all safe.

Mandy has been doing my hair for over a year, and there is no one else in Seattle I’d rather go to! She has taken me from black box-dyed hair to beautiful blonde balayage. I always look forward to seeing Mandy, not only because of the magic she works on my hair, but also because I have so much fun talking to her while sitting in her chair. She is simply the best!

Mandy is the only hair stylist I've had in Seattle for more than one appointment. I go back to her again and again because she is always consistent, and because she always puts her clients' needs first. She also obliges me when I bring in a photo of a haircut I want, and she always gets it right. I also love that she checks in on me during the cut to ensure I am comfortable with the length, etc. I also adore her as a person--we always have great conversations and I leave so joyful!

Mandy @ Kopa hair is incredible! She's done an "up do" for me and made me feel completely glamorous that day. Not only that but she took her time to understand what i wanted when I came to her for a haircut and color, it was my first time back in a salon after 3 years. She is amazing and I didn't leave crying!! She definitely helping me overcome my fear of bad hair days, she'll be the only one to cut my hair that's for sure! 10/10 recommended

Mandy is incredible. I have an irrational fear of hair cuts and honestly just would use frost and glow hoping for a lighter effect, never exactly turned out. She was patient listened to my worry and started slow had me check if we should keep going with the cutting she really took her time to be sure I got what I wanted. Overall I still got just a little trim and my ends lightened/blended but for me that was a huge step. After not seeing a hair dresser in over 3 years I 100% recommend Mandy @ Kopa!

Mandy has been my hairstylist for 8 years and I can't imagine a world without her managing my hair. I have had long and medium length hair and she always knows exactly what to do. From Ombré, to balayage and light to dark she has never disappointed me. I have very straight, thick hair and she always knows what color to put in to make sure my hair turns out beautifully. It's no surprise she has a waiting list, magic is pouring out of her fingertips.

I've been getting my haircut from Mandy for about three years now. She's amazing. Honestly she is always consistent, very detailed, and does a pretty good fade. Oh and did I mention, I absolutely love the head massages she gives after every hair wash! This alone is worth every penny. I always walk out of her salon feeling like a new man.
