Our school is located in the heart of Columbia (1 minute away from Wegmans). We are a family owned and operated award winning school teaching children, teens and adults 360 degrees of self-defense. We are not a "trophy" school. Our focus is developing our students into champion citizens for a lifetime.

Nabaiee's Family Martial Arts offers a variety of programs for students ages 3- 103. Whether you are looking to learn self defense, incorporate a new fitness regimen or build lifelong character skills, our high quality instructional programs will meet your needs. Whether you are looking for a martial arts program to teach self defense, get your child active or build confidence, we have what you need. At Nabaiee's Family Martial Arts, our children's programs are the perfect combination of martial arts, physical fitness and character development. All programs are divided into age specific groups to help us meet the individual needs of students.
Whether you are choosing to pursue the Martial Arts to learn self-defense, get in shape, or to explore different cultural traditions, we have what you need. Adult classes focus on self-defense by borrowing from several styles including but not limited to Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
Our fitness program offers a diverse curriculum incorporating cardio kickboxing, kettlebell training, circuit training, and yoga. Workouts are taught by our Black Belt staff of qualified martial artists and fitness experts. While getting a great workout, you are learning proper techniques and gaining a basic concept of self defense.

Mr. Nabi and Ms. Nazy are wonderful people. Our family loves this school. My daughter started as a young white belt 7 years ago. What I love about this place is they share the same core values that I want my child to learn at home. They don't just teach martial arts, they also treat everyone like family.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Mr. Nabaiee, Ms. Nazy and everyone at Nabaiee’s family martial arts! Everyone there leads by example. As my 10-year-old said - they are people I look up to the most.
They teach martial arts, of course, but also life lessons like self-respect, integrity, perseverance. In fact, they focus on a particular value a month and truly reinforce it. My children speak respectfully to me and to others. Mr. Nabaiee’s Family Martial Arts are always professional and helpful and take the time to get to know my children as individuals. Thank you!!

My kid enjoys going so that's my major goal. No complaints. I loved the warm welcome . Very clean and covid controlled. Virtual and indoor/ outdoor while weather permits. Great staff! Awarded his first belt! Received lessons with juniors his age group and plenty staff to help them learn. I enjoyed watching although from afar. He came home saying yes ma'am ☺️Now we do lessons virtually twice a week for a month ,($99 special). Our son enjoys classes! It's much more than exercise it's about development of people skills. Mr Nabaiee is great with the children.

My two girls have been students at NFMA for over 4.5 years. They are both Provisional Black Belts, and on the Demo Team. The dojo is immaculately clean, roomy, and an enjoyable place to spend time - happily, since our family spends a LOT of time there!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Our children have attended for almost 4 years. The owners are kind, nurturing, respectful, disciplined and knowledgeable. You can tell teaching martial arts is a passion for them which manifests itself in the kindness and care they put into their work. Not only do I enjoy watching my children learn and grow - I learn so much just by witnessing them! Thank you for being a stellar business and for the invaluable work you contribute to our community!

My daughter has been a student here for almost a year and I cannot tell you how much she has grown. She is 11 and in the intermediate champs program and actually looks forward to attending classes. The school maintains very high standards and is extremely family friendly. All the staff members I have encountered are personable as well as professional. This is a great school and you owe it to yourself to check it out!!!

Our family has happily been a part of the Nabaiee's Family Martial Arts family for at least the last three years. My husband is a participant in the adult program, my 10 year old has moved into the Advanced Champs program, and my 7 year old is moving through the Junior Champs program. As much time as we spend at NFMA, it is crucial to us that it be a place that feels comfortable and encouraging. My family has been a part of Nabaiee’s Family Martial Arts for about five years now. We currently have an 11-year-old son in the Advanced Champs program and a 6-year-old daughter in the Junior Champs program. I have been in the adult program for the past two years, and it has been a life-changer for me.
