For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.
Park Village Apartments offers thoughtfully designed one, two and three bedroom apartments ranging from 958 to 1,341 square feet, with apartment and community amenities that keep the resident experience in mind. Our online resident portal makes paying rent or requesting service a quick and convenient process, and our friendly and on-site service and management teams promptly respond to any needs that surface.
Park Village Apartments offers pet-friendly apartments and welcomes both cats and small dogs. You'll both enjoy the many areas nearby to run, play, and meet new friends! We have a limit of two pets per home, and some breed restrictions apply. We're confident that your pet will love living at Park Village as much as our human residents do!

Renee is a very good manager for Park Village Apartments. If I have concerns or a problem it is handled with a great attitude, professional and a quick response to the matter at hand. She works hard to make Park Village look better for the residents. David is a real asset to Park Village also…he knows how to fix anything and has a great attitude.

Management is wonderful. Renee gives it her all and when there is a problem she does everything she can to fix the problem. Alot of us residents were so upset when Renee had left because nothing seemed to go right except for maintenance and we were all so excited when Renee came back.
The maintenance man ( David ) is great. When a work order is called in he gets right on fixing the problem. He goes above and beyond for this company sometimes and will take care of calls pretty much no matter what time he is called. He even goes out in the middle of the night and will walk the property to make sure
