I lived at Brookes Edge for 7 months while my new home was being built. I chose it because they have the options of leases that are less than a year. They also were very flexible with me when I needed to extend my lease by a month because my new build was delayed. The facilities are very nice. Loved the pool this summer!

My daughter lived at Brookes Edge for a few years recently, and while she lived there, we were very satisfied with the level of security provided. She did live on the third floor, and it was typically very quiet (except for a few rowdy neighbors who "didn't last very long" there).
The apartment was nice and all of the appliances worked well. We only had a problem with the AC one time, and the serviceman came immediately (on the weekend!) to make the simple repair.
The pool was great, always clean, and if there were neighbors there, they were always kind and considerate.

Read this review I attempted to leave on google, but it said that brooks edge wasn’t accepting reviews at this time. I would turn off reviews too if I had a 3.8 average with a ton of frustrated residents!
DO NOT RENT HERE! It you’ll love the space if you do, but you will have to park two or three buildings over and possibly on the next level of apartments. If you don’t find any parking.

We made our payments to secure a unit in mid-August. The Unit that was described to us had my wife very excited, but it wouldn’t be available until October 8th. We officially sold our home 09/13 and the buyer agreed we could stay in our home (rent free no less) until our unit was ready. The new owner already had renters waiting on us to move that generously gave us the first week into their rented month.

We recently moved to Brookes, sight unseen, with our two young kids for my husbands job. The staff was so helpful from the first inquiry to move in day and every day since! The apartments are clean, spacious, and you have a great view everywhere you go. Maintenance is friendly and prompt when you need something. Everyone we’ve met so far has been nice and courteous and we haven’t had any issues with parking. We love that it’s high on a hill and close to everything. The only thing that could make this better is a play area for kids and a bigger fire pit area so it’s easier to meet and hangout

Beautiful community inside and out with knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. I love that Brookes Edge is somewhat secluded but still conveniently located to the interstate. How could you not fall in love with that pool? The apartments are spacious and updated and the fitness center scores big points for me with a wide variety of options so you truly don't need a gym membership.

After living here for 5 years, I can't imagine living anywhere else. The old and new staff have always been friendly and helpful. I've only maintenance in my apartment twice (and they were only over light bulbs), but they worked quickly and were very kind over my ignorance of how to change a light bulb in the chandelier. They even arrived within just a few minutes over sending a maintenance request. The grounds, pool, and workout facilities are always well kept. Overall, I am very pleased with Brookes Edge.

The front desk and maintenance team have been so awesome since living here for a few months now. Our air conditioning and hot water were acting up and maintenance fixed it almost immediately! The price is great for the location and size of the apartment and noise level is not an issue. Love living here!

My husband and I have lived here for a year and love it. The community is very quiet and clean and close to everything. The staff and maintenance are always more than helpful! Logan in the office is the reason we signed another lease. We wanted to move to a bigger apartment than we were in and Logan help make that happen! If you’re looking for a place in Cleveland, make sure to check this place out!

Horrible experience. I will never rent here again. The leasing office pretty much lied to us about a lot. People drive like crazy through the complex and will even honk their horn at you if you get close to them as a pedestrian. There are always fights at the pool and they seem to not care that people that don't rent here are getting in the pool and etc. I mean the horrible attitude they have toward their tenants is embarrassing. Luxury apartments? Give me a freaking break I'll go somewhere and pay extra for a REAL LUXURY apartment with a real gym not some fake wanna be gym with a few
