I wouldn't rent from them especially if you have kids. When they play outside they get yelled at by management so what are kid's supposed to do sit and just stare at the road because one neighbor complains they are playing outside, and if they do you get an eviction notice so now my daughter has to move with nowhere to go and two kids. Hope her lawyer can do something about it.

Senior community. Rude management that's never available and discriminatory. Claim they are pet friendly but complain anytime they see a dog over 15 lbs. Plumbing issues, water backed up into our hallway several times and we were expected to clean up the damaged. Just don't rent here. And melanie if you're reading this, you should be fired.

I am very pleased with Melanie and Rich at the office. I've been here for going on 2 years and this complex has gone under intensive remodel. They are updating apartments, redoing their landscape. I have to admit this place looks so much better than it did when I moved in here in 2017. Any time I have called the office with an issue, it is resolved within 24 hours. I have rented from numerous complexes/companies and I have to say that Alco Management is one of the best that I've rented from. AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE RULES THAT ARE IN YOUR LEASE, YOU WILL HAVE ZERO ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER

I live in the pine Forest complex myself and have been for 2 years now. this is a beautiful place and the people are nice and respectful. Rest assured if your looking for an apartment and worried about what kind of people you may live by, just know that it's definitely a gentle atmosphere and the people who work there are great and work hard to make sure you're happy with the place you live ๐๐

First off, most of these 1star reviews are being left by people who were made to leave due to breaking the rules. No sense in being petty. I've been here almost a year, just signed my lease for another year and I love it here. My kids love it here. Rich and Melanie have done an amazing job at fixing this place up and getting rid of the riff raff. Only complaint I have, would be no real place for the kids to play but other than that, we have no complaints. We've got a great property manager who takes pride in her job and a maintenance man who goes far beyond his duties to make sure their tenants

When I moved in, a long time ago, the place was fairly well kept, regularly maintenanced, the staff was always friendly, and people cared.
After the sale of the complex, changes were immediate and almost all of a negative nature.
This place was where people had retired to. Single mother families, people with their own problems, but people that would come together and help each other.
Suddenly, all smoking was prohibited, meaning the people who have been living there since the place was built and are in their 80's + had to stop smoking or move.
The entire place was left without permanent management

I lived here for six years, a few of them good, a few of them not, and the last year was essentially hell.
As the company came under new management, the rules of living in that place became outrageous. no smoking, though 80 and 90 year old smokers have retired there. this was a sudden rule that came out of left field on December 12th. as well as the removal of several freedoms such as the ability to have a bycicle outside. They also stopped paying for utilities that were previously provided free of charge, and refused to fix both the hvac unit, and do basic pest control.
please, do yourself
