Services
Adolescence is often an overwhelming time. Many teens find it difficult to navigate and understand their feelings, emotions, peers, bodies, impulses, and world. Allowing them the space and safety to discuss their feelings openly and honestly offers the ability to grow, learn and emerge as stronger young adults.
As you may be aware, individuals who have been arrested for an alcohol or controlled substance related offense are required by the State of Michigan to submit an SOS-257 (Substance Use Evaluation) and it is also recommended to provide additional evidence (including a drug or alcohol assessment) prior to reinstatement of his/her license.
Prior to your first session, I ask that you fill out some intake paperwork. If you are unable to fill out this information prior to your arrival, they will be made available to you at the reception desk. Additional forms may be needed throughout your treatment to ensure collaborative and comprehensive care.
