Mark Crandall recently sold our home and did a phenomenal job! His advice when it came to listing price, date, and suggestions to help our home show well was invaluable. The photographer they use took beautiful pictures and all of our friends and family were especially impressed by the virtual tour feature. We just sold our two family home successfully, in the midst of the unprecedented covid-9 pandemic. It was a very complicated transaction as the buyer needed an FHA insured mortgage to keep the downpayment within the buyers budget. If I could there would be 0 stars.
I would expect from a Realtor to be guided through the selling process of a house (not just to receive a lot of bla bla in the beginning when they want to have your business).
And I would expect that they would show up actually selling the house.
We ended up dealing with the buyers and their Realtor directly bc no one cared to do the job. But be certain they secured their money.
What a waste of time, nerves and money
