The two times I walked in to drop off then to pick up, with my mask on. I got asked if I was vaccinated. It was shocking and unexpected to be asked that question. That is a personal matter and should not be asked, especially if it's not for medical purposes. I was offended. If they are so worried about potential contamination THEY should mask up. Plus if they prefer vaccinated individuals they should put a sign saying "only vaccinated people allowed"

I have been going to this jeweler for almost 10 years. I took a short hiatus because they are not on the side of town where I live. I regret ever going to another jeweler. They have designed rings and earrings for me. They have repaired everything from earrings to necklaces to watches. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Additionally, their price is well worth the value of The jewelry they supply. Thank you for taking care of our entire family with all of our jewelry needs.

Had his jeweler tighten the major stone in my wedding band about 4 months ago in a titanium setting, which is the strongest metal to use for a stone head, and today it fell out as I was sitting at my table. Thankfully I saw it sitting next to my cup. This among other things they did to my other rings make it to where I will never go back.

Excellent service, I brought my father's wedding band to get sized to my finger and they did an excellent job and fixed my watch at the same time. The best part of the shop is Daisy the chocolate lab.

Mark took the time to go through over a dozen pieces from my mother's estate. He helped me decide which items would be better to just melt down for gold value and let me know why the insurance value was not what we could sell things for.
He gave me some great advice on how to sell some of the items safely and securely.
I really appreciate the time he spent and will definitely trust him if we decide to sell off the gold.
