Took an iPad in to be fixed. Took over 3 weeks to get it back. Only to go and pick it up and find that they broke the home button. They then promised that they would fix the home button once it came back in stock. A month later and have yet to receive a call about fixing the home button that they broke. Very poor customer service!

I took my iPhone 7 Plus in to have my screen repaired because I had dropped it a couple years ago and we’re still looking at the cracks, two to be exact. Supposedly the phone repair was made and my phone never worked right afterward. The first day it didn’t work right I couldn’t make calls. I called them And was told to bring it in the next day… which was a Sunday. I waited an hour and a half before the gentleman actually got there and he tells me to come back in an hour or two which I did and I assumed the phone was working, Which was my fault because I didn’t check

These guys are truly awesome. I've had 2 watches repaired there and a phone screen replaced. They stand behind their work 110%. I had them fix a phone screen (iPhone SE) and promptly put it away as a backup. 6 months later when I went to use it I discovered that the screen didn't work 100%. I took it in and despite that it was my responsibility to test it when I picked it up they still honored the work as if it were done the day before. Truly excellent customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I broke my watch band and needed it resized. Robert, who helped me, was so nice, incredibly quick with the band repair, and the resizing only took 10ish minutes and was done perfectly the first time. And for my rose gold Fossil Julianna HR smartwatch (only adding the model in case different models cost different things), it only cost me $15 total.

I had to wait 2 months to get my watch band repaired due to Covid19 so I was really happy when they were allowed to reopen. I walked in, they assisted me right away, the put in a new pin to repair my watchband and didn't even charge me. He said he was just happy to help. Dropped my iPhone 5S off first thing this morning and had it returned with a screen like brand new in about 30-45 minutes. Total cost for a screen repair was $107 after taxes, which is a steal for the quotes I was getting to have this repaired a couple weeks ago. Employee I worked with today was wonderful and the location is so convenient as I work in the RBC Plaza. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Great service, fair pricing, and convenient location. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Fixology. I dropped my phone and took it here right away for a screen replacement, and in a little over an hour I was able to pick it up.
