Services
This is a session where I incorporate various massage modalities including: Therapeutic Deep Tissue/Sports, Swedish, Orthopedic, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, ect. I will mix the different massage techniques based on your unique needs and wants for that particular session to session.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 13 years experience as well as being a Certified Personal Trainer. I am passionate about helping others create a healthy balance in their lives either by relieving pain, stress, or to simply obtain a relaxation massage. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Warm Bamboo Massage are a few of the options I can offer during your session.
To provide proper services at all follow up sessions, it is the your responsibility to always inform the me of any and all new and existing health conditions. All confirmations will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be able to choose how you receive your confirmation when you schedule your session.
The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in your body. The lymph system is part of your body's immune system and helps fight infection. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage that gently assists the lymphatic system in maintaining the body's fluid balance, blood circulation, and immune mechanisms.

Nicole is a wonderful massage therapist. She helped relieve pain and tension I have been having in my neck, upper back and shoulders. Not only did she help during the session but she also provided with recommendations to help with maintaining proper alignment and achieve pain relief at home. I highly recommend you check out the kneaded knot massage.

Had my first session yesterday and it was beyond amazing! Nicole is very professional and has so much knowledge. She provided me with recommendations after the massage also! I have been going to The Kneaded Knot Massage for awesome massages for two years or more. I have several places in my spinal column that are fused and it is so important to get a massage to release the tension in these areas. Additionally, the experience is mentally and emotionally a self-care step to take a Pause from such a busy world. I highly recommend that if you have not visited Nicole that you schedule a massage with her.
