We're glad you came by for a visit. The name Storyland has been in the Amarillo community since 1960 serving the needs of families with young children. We offer preschool and extended care from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM. Storyland is unmatched in the community and enjoys the reputation of being one of the finest preschools and child care centers in the area.

Our Amarillo childcare facility would like to offer you a virtual tour, just in case you might be pressed for time and cannot make it into our facility in person. Whether you need enrollment information or what your policy is on people authorized to pick up my child, we have answers. Created by Dr. Becky Bailey, Conscious Discipline(R) is based on current brain research, child development and developmentally appropriate practices, and is built on the foundation that discipline should not be applied to children, but rather should be developed within the child. Storyland Preschool is pleased to announce that they have incorporated this discipline approach into its program.
Our weekly menu consists of nutritious foods and snacks based on the Child and Adult Food Program (CACFP) guidelines. Each child in attendance is welcome to enjoy a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack, providing they are in attendance during the time meals are served. It is very important that your child be in attendance during the time when he/her class is being served.
