Joseph Catholic Elementary & Montessori Preschool was established in 1954 and has served the St. Joseph Parish family, the Diocese, and the community since that time. St. Joseph's has been fully accredited since 1966. We are proud of our remodeled building and expanding technology program. The heartbeat of our school is, of course, Jesus in the Eucharist, whom our children are privileged to receive daily in Holy mass.

He beats in the hearts of our dedicated, experienced, and loving staff who seek to nurture the potential in all of our students-that they may give their best in mind, body, and soul.
Services
Joseph School is established to for the entire child: spirit, mind and body. Our philosophy is to incorporate Christ's teachings into everyday living and to nurture each child's potential by providing a quality academic education, in an inclusive family atmosphere that values relationships, and welcomes diversity within a Catholic environment.
Celebrating sixty years of spiritual and academic excellence, St. Joseph Catholic School was founded by St. Joseph's Parish under the direction of its first pastor, Father Edmund Hartigan. Two Benedictine Sisters from Fort Smith, Arkansas, were on the first staff, and the Benedictine Sisters continued to serve St. Joseph's School until 1996.
We believe that the way to carry out the mission of the church is by joining together in worship, service and love. Our school is the primary ministry of the church. Our students are encouraged to, not only pursue academic achievement, but also spiritual growth. The St. Joseph School community extends a big welcome to your family.
Phase 2 Once the application and the Records Release from the previous school have been received, our office will contact your family about the next steps towards joining our family! Joseph Catholic Elementary & Montessori will email instructions to complete registration online for the following year.
The Montessori Method allows children to learn the way they learn best and easiest - by doing things themselves. Basically, the children teach themselves with the help and assistance of their teacher, in a disciplined environment that allows all to progress.

With tuition for our Montessori program at $350 for children three years of age and up, the investment you make in your child's education is well worth the growth and discovery your child will encounter.Under the guidance of the teacher, the children can choose work that appeals to their own inner interests.

I cannot say enough great things about St. Joseph school. The teachers are absolutely wonderful and the principal is exceptional! Anytime there has been an issue with my son at school, they ALWAYS take the time to get the full story and immediately call me to try and resolve the issue. They host soooooo many fun activities for the kids and parents to get involved in together. I highly recommend!

This schools is true embodiment of selfless ministry. Families are welcomed and students are greeted as members of a family. The culture and atmosphere is fantastic and what you would expect from a parochial school that has Christ at it core.

After transferring from st. Mary's. due to academically differences.
we were received with open arms, we quickly realized that we had missed the warm feeling of a church family that we were never able to experience in our previous school. needless to say we have deeply regretted not being part of this school from the beginning of the year
.
after the first 2 weeks that we attended this school, we quickly started to see a BIG difference in attitude at home and also at school with other children, we were once again exited about doing homework which we had lost while we attended st mary's. we have
