This is an absolutely wonder place to reside. We have lived here for over a year now I have interacted with every staff member. They have been wonderfully kind and can always tell they do there best. The community manager is very knowledgably and has a great sense of humor. Their willingness to work with tenants who maybe having issues maybe their most endearing quality. We highly recommend The Apartments of Wildewood.

I so enjoy this lovely park like community. It is peaceful and beautiful. My young grandchildren enjoy the pond with the wildlife in it. Ducks, turtles and frogs to feed. My apartment is comfortable and near everything I could need on a weekly basis. The office staff is so friendly and during non Covid times offered so many community activities for us to enjoy.

Could not have been happier with my stay at Wildewood Apartments. The location and amenities are top notch. The staff was always warm, welcoming and accommodating. As a single mother living here I felt very safe and loved that maintenance went above and beyond to be helpful. The school districts are the best around. I highly recommend The Apartments of Wildewood to anyone looking for a great home in this area!

Wildewood has been my home for the past 6 months. The variety of amenities are wonderful and clean!! The staff is exceptional, I cannot say enough about them. They exceed wonderful customer service - they are personable and willing to help in anyway they can- going above and beyond. The community is beautiful and well managed. Highly recommend!

They wasted my time! - I made an appointment and received an "official" confirmation for the next day. Sounds great so far, right? The next day I arrived 10 minutes early and gave the office a call to let them know I was there. The employee acknowledged. (The leasing office location is incorrect {not next to FDR Blvd} on Google maps but I drove around and luckily found signs.) After waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot, an agent approaches and asks me to drive a very short distance for a tour. So we park and meet again and she then tells me "we're at 100% occupancy, would you still like to view

In terms of actually living here, Wildewood gets five stars, with a few minor caveats. I've lived here for two years (leaving in two weeks) and really have no major complaints. That said, here are some things they can do better.
1 - The gym (since before covid) has broken treadmills and tvs that have been unfixed for at least two years. Some work, but not all.
2 - The smoke detector in our apartment is ridiculously sensitive. You cannot have your oven on 400 for more than 3 minutes before it goes off incessantly. I've heard other smoke alarms from other apartments going off around the complex

My boyfriend & I were living there for about 8 months & it was amazing! The staff was very helpful, friendly & always welcomed us into the office with a smile. Bella, the manager is an amazing woman & we will miss her very much! Bella’s staff was awesome & you could tell they loved being apart of her team. This site is clean, safe & all of our neighbors were so nice! Wish we didn’t have to move!
