Casey joined HHHunt as a Community Manager in 2009 and in 2018 was promoted to an Area Manager role overseeing our Maryland communities. My husband and I needed an apartment in a short amount of time...I visited Abberly Crest and spoke with Terri and she was the most helpful and understanding...she got us into an apartment in the time needed and made the process easy to understand...she told us and showed us the place and the ammenities...any issues we had with the apartment were handled in a very timely manner and all the staff have been nothing but kind...the complex is also very nice...we are enjoying our stay even though it is temporary...

We downsized a couple years ago and moved into another apartment complex. We just were not happy there. It felt like we were living in a box.
We are so happy at Abberly Crest. We've been here a month and the maintenance has been great to respond to every item in our list. Terri meet us there first day and worked with us throughout the whole process. Terri went above and beyond.
We would definately recommend Abberly Crest.

I did not want to leave this place but due to circumstances, I had to go. However, they were with me every step of the way. Especially one of the staff in the leasing office named Deven. She was amazing. She handled everything efficiently although I didn't begin my process with her. She picked up my file and did not miss a beat. If I have another opportunity to come back and live here, this will be my first choice and unless she is getting more money in management, I hope she is here to greet me. All the staff was great by the way. Deven just stood out because she made me feel like family. Thank

Thank you Abberly Crest for making our short term lease perfect. The office staff and maintenance crew are always responsive, efficient and professional. We love that our apartment backs to the woods. I always feel safe in this quiet neighborhood. We also have been enjoying the pools this summer. We truly couldn't love this apartment any more. I highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Miss. Deven assisting me throughout my rental process. She has been amazing from start to finish. I called en route to work one day and she’s who picked up the phone and has been assisting me ever since. She’s responsive, she’s kind, she’s informative, she has answered any questions I’ve had and questions I didn’t think of but needed to know. I’m so glad to have her with me through this process. I specifically want to give a shout out to Amy in the leasing office. Every time I've spoken with her, she has given me an accurate, educated and confident response immediately. I'm not very big on leaving reviews but I have been compelled as I am thoroughly impressed by her professionalism. It's very evident that she is very proud of the community she works at and the people that live here.
The whole community operation is exceptional! The cleanliness is of the neighborhood is second to none. I'm assuming that the maintenance manager is very respected by his workers because they have to be inspired

Just moved to the area from across the country and got in contact with Rebecca from the leasing office. She assisted my family every step of the way until I arrived and actually exceeded my expectations! She was so helpful by taking pictures of the apartments, letting me know any current specials offered and provided detailed info about the apartment complex. The rest of the staff are fabulous and have great customer service. If you consider renting in lexington park, come here!! 5 STARS!

We ended up renting somewhere else and getting our deposit (the refundable part) back. Too many hidden fees. I felt like I couldn't trust them after the application went through. After giving the deposit it was one fee after another that they forget to mention when signing up or applying. We asked several times about fees. Don't forget to ask about the checkout procedures. Request the list.

Pretty sad. I went in last Saturday and found a nice 3br apartment. I haven't lived in an apartment in years but it's a means of necessity for this sudden move. I RESERVED an apartment and told them that once I knew more from my company about the move I would move forward or cancel. I put a $100 retainer for the specific apartment and when I called 4 business days later to cancel I was told that my account would still be charged the $100, even though I never filled out an application, because I went past the 72 hours they have on the e-check form which I never received a copy of

I currently live here and absolutely do not recommend it to others. The current situation with construction is horrible (lots of noise and dust beginning very early in the morning) and management simply does not care - actually did not tell anyone about the massive new construction project until the backhoes showed up. Don't do it!

Rent is pretty high, but its SOMD--rent is too damn high everywhere! The walls are extremely thin, so its no good if you have dogs (or any kind of pet because your pet deposit is $500!) or small children or like to fight with your spouse at four in the morning at the top of your lungs. However, the apartments are lovely besides that fact. We have a two bed two full bath with an office and its quite spacious and laid out perfectly.
The amenities are fantastic with two playgrounds, a dog park, swimming pool, and great gym. Parking is ample and not assigned, which you would think would be an
