Great class the instructors were awesome helping with self defense, with great knowledge. I really enjoyed it and looking forward to another martial arts class.

Great for every age, body type, mind set, skill level (most importantly beginners!). Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Whether you want to take you time and learn, or push yourself to the max, this is the place for you. Changed my life for ever, I will never stop training here. Honestly I did not have high or low expectations at all coming here. I had vero little knowledge on Jiu Jitsu. But I will say, I’m the girliest a girl could get, and have never done anything like that in my life. I’m perky and ask many questions and take a while to understand things. I just started my first class today. But I am SOOOO overwhelmed with happiness and faith in doing something I love and in a place so accepting. Greg was super patient with me and everyone there was respectful and kind. The student that was my partner for the day was incredibly helpful and patient as well. And Alex

Alex Wilkie is a legend among men, and learning from him is a privilege. If I could give his place 6 stars, I would.

My children train MMA here. I feel very confident that they can defend themselves in times of danger. They are very brave and positive since training with Big Al. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Big AL is the Best!

Been going off and on for 4 years now, this place is the best MMA Gym you'll find. Al is a great guy and know what he is doing. The sessions make you push yourself and teach you a lot. He mixes all of the traditional martial arts programs and adapts them to the 21st century fight styles. He not only trains civilians but is a supporter and teacher to us in the Military. He trains police officers and federal employees in hand to hand combat and tactical drills. Even the people there are helpful and knowledgeable, you won't find a more supportive group of people than those at Wilkie's.
