I called this place to see if they could work on my airbags and the guy who answered the phone was so impatient and rude I ended up hanging up after less than a minute. I said what kind of car I have and that I needed my airbags replaced and he said they could do that, but when I asked if I could bring my car in he got mad and asked me which specific airbag I needed replaced and what kind of car I have (I aleady told him) and didn't give me a chance to answer before saying "talk to me!" like I was trying to waste his time.

I called many other places in the area that were booked up until August 9th. I called Pasco Auto Repair and they were able to get me in the next morning. Very time efficient and professional. Curt was super helpful and nice. 100% recommend and I am very pleased with their work.

Best auto repair business around in my opinion. They are very polite, professional and don't try to take advantage of you. We have had several jobs done. Their prices are very reasonable. My late husband and I had an auto repair business so I know from experience what it takes to run a business of this type. I highly recommend Kurt and his crew.

I called to see if I could get a cv joint fixed and see availability. Mechanic said, bring it by. I left the car there and about five hours later they had it fixed. I was thinking the next day.
First time with the mechanic. I definitely will be taking my car here for more service. I recommend this place and excellent service.
