PSA: If you're looking to get broken worse than spousal alimony, this is the place for you. My mistake was approving the repairs despite looking at the huge estimate. Over 6k in repairs? Seriously? Just to put it into prospective, I brought in my car for servicing since it was acting up engine wise. They did the repairs they said they would so there's that but once I saw the bill for certain parts, I was thrown back.

They are overpriced but punctual. They do okay work but have a tendency to leave some things unfinished such as coolant. I was in a bit of a quandary and needed work ASAP and had them work on my wife's car. Only to find out they neglected to put more antifreeze back into it before my wife left the shop. I will not bring any vehicle back to them. I'd rather pay the premium price of the dealership.

Moving to the Tri-Cities somewhat recently, one of my biggest concerns in finding new services was locating an auto repair shop as competent/ethical/communicative/fair value as my Seattle fave. After trying a neighbor's recommended mechanic and not loving it, I gave West Richland Auto Repair (WRAR) a try based on its Yelp reviews. The five-star reviews are well-deserved.

During that time, I was able to use their loaner car which saved me from renting a car. Jamie and his crew did a great job and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I believe Jamie and his crew are a cut above the rest. They do I great diagnostic service and keep you informed throughout the repair process. He won't put in cheap parts as he guarantees the work for 3 years/36,000 miles! Who else does that in town? Thanks to Sandy for the ride home. This place is run the way it use to be 50 years ago, with respect, honesty, and integrity with a goal of a great job and minimal inconvenience to the customer. Kudos to all of you! Amazing! My car was having electrical issues and they scheduled me in and let me drop off a day early and then got to work on it the very next day and were very fair with pricing and making sure my problem was fixed correctly! Highly recommend!

Absolutely worst experience with a mechanic ever,three months to replace a 6 volt system to 12 volt didn't do anything they first promised none of the original gauges work now, plus horn stopped working while taking it home wiper switch came loose doesn't work radio barely audible while driving over $3000 paid to them. Out of oil and water basically did the bare minimum do not take you Classis car to them.

Really blown away by the service here. Fantastic communication every step of the way, very reasonable prices. The free 34 point inspection was fantastic on top of everything else! They include photos and comments in the inspection as well. Will definitely be coming back.

First off I have to say the customer service is outstanding! Not only are they very thorough they communicate the whole way through the process.
I feel completely safe bringing my vehicle in to be serviced and never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The only problem I have is that they’re going to make my truck run forever which means I will never get a new one.
I would recommend anybody I know to use them as they do an outstanding job!

First experience with an auto shop since moving to Richland and I lucked out. Went in with the check engine light on and left with a great running car. Easy to work with, upfront about cost and was able to get my car back to me earlier than anticipated. Their communication is on point and even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was good. Will definitely be heading back whenever the need should arise.

I'm new in the Tri-Cities and didn't know where to take my car. I asked around to my father-in-law's circle of friends and they all recommended West Richland Auto, even the guys who normally work on their own cars. That was all I needed. We've been thrilled with our service. They also recently saved me a ton of money over what the dealership wanted related to "add-on" services connected to a recall. Needed some front end parts replaced on my 08 Chevrolet duramax, after taking it in not only did they finish the repairs in a day, but their inspection revealed some other issues and they called me back immediately offering to get the repairs done parts and all in the same day! Very good customer service, and the staff seems very knowledgeable. After my experience I won't hesitate about taking any of my vehicles back to them in the future! Would recommend to anyone needing repairs done wether major or minor or basic servicing! Competitive pricing and quality work!

I recommend West Richland Auto Repair to everyone I know! They are fantastic! They keep you up-to-date with the latest information on your vehicle and let you know exactly what needs to be done. The autosight inspection is unbeatable! I've never seen any auto shop with this capability. It really helps to let you know what needs to be done and where your overall vehicle "health" rates. I cant tell you how much we appreciated this repair shop. We were on our way home from walla walla to portland and we filled our tank. The tank we filled had water in the gas. This all took place at 5:45pm. After googling who works on land rovers within an hour radius, this shop came up. We had the car towed to his shop. The next day sean went to work on getting the car back and runing. Thanks to seans diligence we were back on the road that night. He was very courteous and was very fair with his pricing. His wife even came and got us at the hotel when our car was ready. Thank you so much.
