I have taken several cars to All Automotive over the course of more than five years. I have always found them to be honest and accurate and their work is top notch at reasonable rates. They had my vehicle fixed so quickly and I was delighted at how kind the lady at the front desk was. Wonderful work and a price I could afford!

Thank you so much again for the outstanding and awesome service on our 2001 Lincoln Towncar, in preparation for our long distance road trip. My wife expressed a bit of dis-satisfaction at the fact that it took 1.5 hours for a lube/oil/filter and tire rotation, probably/mainly because she had a small child with her at the time.

We brought in our car thinking we had a broken fuel pump (diagnostic ran from AutoZone). We were quoted around $900 but when the car arrived at their shop, they asked if they could run their own diagnostic to make sure what the problem was. Turns out it was just an O2 sensor & spark plugs. Saved us hundreds. We couldn't be happier with the service & incredibly friendly workers. They gave us a ride home & picked us back up as well (it is our only vehicle) we will definitely continue to be getting our car serviced there.

They took in my car 5 minutes before they closed prior to a holiday. They had the part ordered and replaced on the first business day after the holiday. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else going forward. What a great business.

I brought my vehicle here to fix what I thought was an issue with my windshield wiper motor (after being told that was the issue by Safelite after getting my windshield replaced). They ran diagnostics and determined the motors weren't failing and that they needed to just be "calibrated". After about an hours wait they said the issue was fixed. Come to find out a couple of days later the next time I needed my windshield wipers that the wipers were still malfunctioning and not aligned properly.
Finally after looking at it myself for a while I figured out that the wipers were put on the wrong sides

This place will rip you off their prices are very high and the service manager is very unprofessional. He will not listen to the customer. spent over 700 dollars to get my car running correctly took it back then tells me my fuel pump is bad. and another 600 dollars to fix it. My question is why didn't you check the fuel pump in the first place. I wouldn't have spent the money on a 94 Oldsmobile. Now in a position I HAVE TO FIX IT FOUND A CHEAPER PLACE IN TOWN. 200 dollars cheaper. The question is are the parts gold plated? Beware if you go there.

Great customer service. Competent repair service and fair. As a mom, I never feel like they try to be pushy salesman on repairs. They understand family budgets and will work with me on my timeline to get the repairs my vehicle needs. I paid with the wrong card but didn't realize it until the next day, but still they reversed the charge so I could pay with the intended card. They didn't make me feel bad about it but were super cool and understanding. Love this place for car repairs.

My daughters car had what we called a haunting. The shop took a great amount of time and effort figuring it out. And they were extremely patient with the girl emotions that kept showing up ;). Mark was exceptionally fair in pricing and went above and beyond in customer service. They definitely took care of us. My business and referrals are theirs!
