CIREIA is Central Indiana's ONLY professional trade association supporting real estate investors in Indianapolis. We provide professional networking and educational support to support both new and seasoned investors. Additionally, we collaborate closely with INstateREIA, our legislative counterpart to lobby for investor friendly legislation and ensure members are up to date with the latest changes in laws and regulations.
Individual real estate investors are a key component of a stable and thriving real estate market. When conducted properly, real estate investing ensures that dilapidated and neglected properties are developed, renovated or revitalized into structures and spaces which add value and enhance the quality of life for the people in our communities.
CIREIA's Main and Super Tuesday masters meetings are held each month and cover a wide variety of investing topics featuring both local and national real estate investing experts. Examples of topics that have been coved in the past include: lenders panel, creative/seller financing, 1031 exchanges, short sales and foreclosures, assisted living, lease options, investing with trust funds, breakdowns of the Indy market etc.
Subgroups are for CIREIA members ONLY. Each subgroup is based on a specific real estate related topic, led by an expert in that area. They are wonderful opportunities to grow your network, and enhance/deepen your real estate knowledge and expertise.
