Called the hotel on October 29 to inquire about hotel status and the famous rooftop lounge and after the front desk clerk (female) answered.... was basically scolded for asking and yelled at.. "we're closed" and hung up on. For a supposed luxury hotel this is unacceptable. If this is a covid 19 related closure and they continue to act this way then they deserve to go out of business. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that doesn't yell at their potential guests.

This hotel is magnificent. I heard all about the stories regarding the ghost, I can reassure you that is not true there is no ghost in that hotel. I stayed there for over 3 months, I received great service, everyone was friendly, and any problem I had they solved it very quickly. I will never go to any other hotel but Lord of Baltimore I recommend you do the same.
