The suite that I got for my niece on 12/10/21 bedding was not appealing, it seemed very very lumpy and there was no hand soap at all in the bathroom also no trash cans available. I also don't like the fact that the bathroom door slides and doesn't lock however I do like the concept of the bunk beds and also providing video games for kids.
Oh one more thing the most important thing. when I checked in the receptionist didn't greet me she was very nonchalant and when I was done with my check-in she didn't say thank you she actually walked away from the counter to ask one of her associates about some

Not the most enjoyable experience. The elegant look they are going for is definitely worn out now in need of new furniture. The desk looked dirty and damaged with dents and chips in it. Room service is a joke, we called down for towels and had to call 3 times before they got delivered not to mention hours later ... when I've already showered and figured it out by that time. TVs are locked to hotel setting that require purchase of movies and you can't hook up game systems or laptops via HDMI. Front desk young lady had an attitude from check in to check out as if she knew me from somewhere

The service was decent, however the room wasn't the cleanest. Luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies. Coffee and tea in the morning was a great plus and I enjoyed the valet service.

I Do Not Recommend! This hotel is beautiful if you only stayed in the lobby or the common areas. The hotel restaurant & bar provided AMAZING service w specially during COVID, however the menu is limited to a few items. I had the burger which was delicious, but I would not recommend the pasta. I only stayed at this hotel for one night due to the horrible condition of the rooms. They had to change my room 3 times, the touch surface areas were not cleaned in the room or the bathrooms. There were what appeared to be blood or feces on the walls. There were furry buds on the sheets and they were soft

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay when we were in Baltimore for the Packers game. The price was great and we actually walked to the stadium. I would give 5 stars but there was no bar or restaurant opened other than 5-10. Nothing close enough for a quick drink and a bite before game time. But we absolutely recommend and will be back!

The hole staff was awesome very friendly and attentive. Jaccob was my favorite though! He always had the biggest smile even though he had a mask on I could still tell he was smiling! He definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed

This hotel was very nice. From the minute i pulled up, the valet men were extremely welcoming and very nice. I got there a bit early, and was allowed early check-in, and i was able to upgrade to a room with a deep soaking jacuzzi tub. It was the absolute best part of the trip for me. The front desk staff was super awesome (i believe her name was Tamika) and she was very sweet, welcoming. The other staff members all spoke when they saw you. A hello, and can i help you with something was consistently heard during my stay. I'm such a sucker for good customer service and this one was top tier

I've stayed in a Kimpton property in Boston and I found that one better. This one is nice. You an see the history in the 2 stair cases they have by the entrance. The lobby which is on the second floor has really nice seating. That's also where you go for the 4 to 6pm complimentary wine time. The rooms are nice. They seem to be somewhat updated but still need some work done to them.

The hotel looks very appealing and the room was extremely clean and no awkward smells whatsoever… Even the couch was spot free. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and the bathroom was definitely the highlight. Check-in was very brief since I booked through Hotels.com

Our first two days were fine. Employees were quite accommodating.
On check out day however, our experience changed drastically.
We experienced an attempted security breach during our stay here in
November. We stayed two nights here. We left our
room for a short time. We had not checked out yet and a "do not disturb" sign was on the door. We got back just in time to see a man entering the room with a key card. When we asked what he was doing, he didn't respond.
(There may have been a language issue).
We called the front desk immediately and talked to Nina and asked why someone

I stayed here for 6 days in late August, my first stay at this property. I am an IHG Club Spire Elite & Inner Circle (formerly Kimpton Inner Circle) member, and I've stayed at many Kimpton hotels and many other IHG hotels. I made my room reservation online on the hotel website for a suite. After having made the reservation, about 10 days prior to the start of my stay, I called the hotel to request an early check-in of about 11:15 AM (using my IHG Priority Elite & Kimpton Inner Circle privileges), and the front desk staffer quickly advised me that this would be fine: I called again

First and foremost, let's just say that this place is beautiful. I recently just did a staycation and I have to say that I will definitely be coming again. I stayed in the Suite with the jacuzzi tub (awesome). The food at the bar was good. Bartender was really cool. What makes this place nice to stay at is not just the awesome room, but the people. Tamika. Officer Moore...the front desk people are just really cool, friendly and warm. Period. If you need a place to relax in Baltimore, I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel with interesting past. Rooms are nice and comfortable. A couple of items could be improved. They do not provide any coffee makers in the room so you have to go to the lobby for coffee and tea. The restaurant and bar are mostly closed. On sat night, the bar was closed before 10 pm. Next morning on Sunday, the restaurant theoretically would not open again until Wednesday pm. They charged $100 in advance for amenities but there was literally nothing in the room you could purchase. When we checked out they had charged us $4 for m and ms. I said that was impossible since there was nothing

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.
They nailed it! This hotel was absolutely perfect! My room was far better than expected, the staff was nice and very helpful, we loved our stay while in town for the Ravens vs Chiefs game.

The hotel is operated in a ghetto fabulous manner. My experience with the front desk has been less than. Professional. I shared with them that the front desk for check in was hard to find, I was told that the bell person or security staff is suppose to help you with locating the front desk. I then asked what happens when they are not at their post. I was simply suggesting that they should add signage. The front desk lady told me (with an attitude)it is easy just take the elevator up to the lobby area. I was taken back that she would say such a d told her that she was out of line. I emailed the

I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for a few nights during a conference in Baltimore. My first impression was that this hotel has a very classic impression that continues past the ground floor. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Pre-covid, the hotel offered free glasses of wine during specific hours in the common area which was a very warm welcome. They also have a gym near the top floors.

My partner and I spent 4 nights at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco just to get out of Atlanta and see something different from our windows for a few days. I do not know where to begin with the review, so I'm going to jump right on in. First off, the hotel is so beautiful. Stunning. Lovely interiors. Truly a gem!

Check-in was a breeze. We made our way up to our room. We had a gorgeous view. Of course we inspected. The first thing we saw was a dead roach. Next, we peeped under the desk and found a number of tiny lil ziplock baggies and corresponding powdery white crumbs sprinkled all on the floor
