I’ve been buying tires here for all my trucks and vehicle’s, trailers, four wheelers, mowers etc. excellent service at a reasonable price. I believe it’s up to us to use small businesses, people who call you bye your name walking up to the counter. Hills have continued providing a quality service each time I come in…. I highly recommend trying this place and I can vouch for myself, you’ll be back whenever in need for your vehicle repairs and tires just as I have for many years! Thank you friends

Took my car there yesterday for a nail in the tire. Was told it was fixed. It was still a Little flat when I got there. Filled with air then was flat to the rim by morning. They told me to put air in it and drive it back up. I don't own an air tank? Their other option was being rude by saying they didn't charge for it. So is that an excuse to not do your job? I only tried them out because people told me they were good. I do not recommend anybody, to be treated like this.

I I have dealt with this company for years and have not even found another tire store that even comes close to their service and quality. They are honest, fair, friendly, prompt... I live in Parma and have no problem driving to Medina because everything they do is worth the distance. Other stores and businesses need to pay attention and see why North Gateway is so successful. And just maybe your business will do better and stay afloat in these challenging times.

I have been using North Gateway Tire for years. I recently called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. I was told that no appointment is needed for those services and to just come in. I did just that and I was told that it would take a couple hours. I informed the sales person that I didn’t have a couple hours to sit and wait and asked to make an appointment so I could drop the car off. I was told “sorry we don’t make appointments for oil changes”. Possibly the store doesn’t want to do oil changes which is fine however they have sold me the tires and brakes that are

They don't take appointments for a lot of common needs like flat repairs and oil changes. You call and ask about an appointment and they suggest to show up when they first open to get in quickly. Well guess what happens... They say that to everyone and EVERYONE shows up 7:30am and it's like a mini Black Friday line. After the first four or so people get in you're already looking at 90 minutes. For the love of god, take appointments and respect everyone's time.

Dropped off a camper tire to be repaired, and was told 2 hours. After around an hour and a half they hadn't started on it. I decided to leave it and go back the next day. When I picked it up Jeff said no charge. And he found me 2 lug nuts I needed. These folks are very busy, but go out of their way to make it up to you. He didn't have to do that but it sure was a nice gesture. I will go back when I need tires.
