They don’t answer their phones ( multiple days), leave you on read on fb when inquiring on spending thousands in service. Imagine if you actually paid them or they had your truck. Stay away
Update: deletes have been done here so it’s funny they mention it’s illegal. And I called to have another work done outside of delete. And ignorant means uneducated, not sure how a comment can be uneducated. Nevertheless if you didn’t want the business for any reason a simple no would suffice, instead you answer no calls and no messages. Funny how all the comments here seem to say the same thing. Maybe

They installed a different turbo than they said and it was installed incorrectly with critical pieces missing. That was the cause of pressurized oil spraying on my down pipe.

only 20,000 miles put on my truck
never getting more than maybe a few thousand miles on my truck before another catastrophic failure on a part they worked on or near. The only solution ever proposed was bring it back and we will “fix” it, this usually meant another $2,000-$5,000 bill. Every single recommendation suggested was followed.
Since taking it to them I have not

I wish I went to Turner Diesel sooner. They did the DPF delete on my 2008 f250. 6.4 power stroke, glow plugs, exhaust, studs, cold air intake, fluids, flares. Dan had great communication with me, answered all my questions and called back if we missed each other. George Tuner knows what he's talking about, I've confident in these guys to handle any all/ work on our fleet.

Wanted to set down and thank Turner diesel for helping me out and tell others about the great work and reasonable pricing they have. I was up at Christmas from Florida and had a injector go bad . George and his team got me in and fixed my truck found things that needed addressed I was looking for and sent me home with a smile . I am telling you these guys know thier stuff they do not play around they explain stuff and let you make a choice as to what you want done. I had been looking for a exhaust leak and they found the problem and it was nothing like I thought it would be . The prices are fair

Googled a diesel shop. Turners popped up. Called, spoke with Tom. He told me to get it in and they'd see what they could do. Got it there. Went right to work on it. John was the mechanic, great guy. Kept me updated every step of way. They allowed me To park my 5th wheel trailer in their lot while repairing my truck. Unfortunately, this being labor day weekend I was stuck in a motel 6 for 4 nights.....that's a whole other review. Lol. They got it fixed. Runs great. Gave me a break with military discount. As a couple other reviewers noted, it was somewhat

After buying our "new to us" Mercedes Sprinter (150,000 miles) everything started going wrong. It seemed that only the dealer had the capability to work on a complex engine as this and we were stuck with the extremely expensive dealer costs. Turner's was recommended to us and it's been a wonderful experience. This shop does not offer massages, luxury loaner vehicles or espresso lattes while you wait. So if that is what you need, this is not the shop for you. Our Sprinter was in the shop for a while and we were bummed. The owner would not let us take it until he was satisfied that it wasn't going
