I should have left this review sooner as we have been going to the Diamond Vault for the past year. I want to start with my fiancé's ring. This ring belonged to his grandfather (married in the 1950's) resized for our wedding. The ring required being sized down 2 sizes, with an intricate design and multiple metals involved.
When I brought this to the Diamond Vault, Oran (spelling?) helped me out, getting our a protractor and calculator (important details because this guys is SMART) and let me know the complexities. I left the ring there thinking it would take weeks and WITHIN DAYS was called back

I wouldn't call my style "non-traditional" by any stretch, but the inventory at big box jewelry stores is 90% round or oval diamonds on solitaire or pave bands. I didn't think what I was envisioning would require a custom design, but turns out it did and I had an amazing experience with Oren. I brought in an emerald cut diamond I had purchased elsewhere and Oren spent 45 mins talking over every aspect of the design, explaining pros and cons and teaching me a lot about jewelry in the process! I love this store. I was going to buy my wife a new wedding set last year and then the pandemic hit so I couldn't get it last year. I went back this year and they remembered me and I got a set better than I was going to get last year. We designed what stones went where and I listened to their recommendations. I checked out several places to buy a new diamond ring for my wife and the diamond vault by far with the best. The store is not the biggest but Owen was the most knowledgeable of all the people I came across. He did not have exactly what I was looking for but had four diamonds flown in from New York within 2 days. I don't like to write bad reviews but I went here with my boyfriend to look at rings and we were not even given the time of day. We stood there looking at their small but still pretty good selection and the lady at the front looked at us annoyed. She did not offer us help, ask what we were looking for or even say hello. You never know how much someone has to spend and after seeing their reviews we had high hopes for this place but I must say we left very disappointed.
