I was scammed by their front desk clerk who pretended to be a guest there who wasted hours of my night and expected to be entertained for free. I don't know what kind of clerks they hire that pull these types of scams but it was immoral, unethical and quite exhausting.

No covid precautions anywhere. Front Desk had a mask on his chin. NO one on the elevator or in the lobby had masks on, no one cared.
Room was comfy and quiet, but unfortunately, there was no HOT WATER! in the morning for showers. Front desk said it was fixed, but it wasn't by check out. Bummed.

First and foremost, we understand and appreciate the challenges for those who work in the hospitality industry. However, there are certain expectations when staying a few nights at a hotel as paying customers.
First, the room should be clean and prepped appropriately. Our room had leaves, a sock, and a mask next to the beds, and unknown spots/chunks on the walls. Obviously, this room hadn't been cleaned sufficiently. Changing rooms wasn't an option due to the Thanksgiving holiday bookings.
Second, if your breakfast consists of three choices of brown bagged items, at least offer some type of juice

This should be a $85 per night, because that's what they offer. Old looking rooms, not clean, uncomfortable bed, leaking faucet, ants, rude and unfriendly service, thin walls, etc etc. I wonder how they got that many positive reviews. I understand you pay extra for the location, but nowhere as much as they charge. Stay away.

What a gem! This hotel is nestled in a wooded area with a creek at the base of it. Our room was impeccably clean, smelled lovely, had a small balcony with a lovely view of the trees. The bath towels were generous, the bed linens luxurious and Gulled, who checked us in, was a delight, helped us with dinner recommendations and made us feel right at home. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Beautiful for families, and an adult get away alike. Stairs, trails, and walkways to the plaza on Ashland, Lithia Park, and the Oregon Shakespearean Theaters. Reasonably priced. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Only draw back, no pool and hot tub is closed, Ashland Creek is unsafe due to high levels of E-coli at the moment.

My partner and I stayed here for one night. We travel a lot, so believe me when I say this is the dirtiest hotel you will ever stay in. There were stray hairs in our bed and the towels had dirt and lipstick. We were also left a delightful bouquet of assorted pubes in the bathtub and bathroom floor. If you’re worried about cleanliness, stay away. If you have up to date tetanus shots and want something marginally better than sleeping in the park, stay here.

Our room was clean & comfortable beds. We paid $389 for one night. Ouch, I know but only place we could find dog friendly on a July Saturday night. We had a beautiful view over looking court yard and could hear the creek awesome balcony. Didn't get the whole decor theme maybe I'm not fancy enough. 😉

Don’t stay here. Terrible experience after staying here several times. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER IN MY ROOM. I called the front desk at 8am. Nothing. Went to the front desk at 9am. Still nothing. The manager who I later found out was the owner, said all the other rooms were fine and that they had checked (they hadn’t). They said they asked all the other guests and they responded that they had hot water (I’m guessing that was also a lie). The owner refused to work with Expedia/Hotels.com to refund my money. I watched him go check my room and he said the water was hot. 20

Stayed here because had over a 4 star review on all websites.....no clue how they received this rating. Paid $175 for a basic pet room that smells like pee, jacuzzi closed, gym closed, no parking for my truck after 7pm due to all spots on premises taken, random charge for $112 when I was leaving (which they said was a mistake on there end). Only real positive is it's a good location next to stores and food places. Bed is comfy too. These are $85 rooms, not anywhere near what they are charging.
