I saw a sign posted that required papers of proof of vax. I am Jewish, too, and have grandparents who fled Russia during the pogroms there in the early 1900's, and I have had family friends who had to present their papers in WWII Germany and Poland. Very sad that I was prevented from entering the Cafe. Another person in your reviews stated she was told to wear a mask, though your staff did not. In the end, I was disappointed to be stopped at your door to try your food. I had heard some good things about it.

People are giving bad reviews?! This place doesn't deserve anything less then 5 stars..I go out of my way to hit this old school bistro.. The food is made to order and is more fresh then you're typical bistro. They are nice and people should have respect for a place that is kosher out in Atlantic City. I'm sure there are many months where they struggle. Can't wait to get the ambassador burger. Thank you for staying open for us kosher foodies.

If I can give this horrible place a zero, I would. I eat in restaurants 5x a week and never ever ever have I been treated as the owner treated me here. Firstly, he said 30 minute wait. I waited 1 hour and 26 minutes for fries and a pie. Never came. I noticed two people who came after

I was there for the first time yesterday. The food was good but not great for the money. The website calls it a "restaurant" which implies it is a full service establishment. You must come up to the counter and place your order and pay. If you order a beverage, they have you take a bottle or can from a commercial cooler. The tables and chairs are very small and flimsy and your food comes on paper plates and plastic utensils are on the tables. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came here for my brothers bachelor party and was looking for a kosher place to eat that was reasonably priced. We ordered two pies and two order of fries and could not have regretted it more. If I could give my money away instead of eating this pizza I would. The pizza has absolutely no flavor and couldn't even take a 2nd bite. If you are coming to AC please stay away and save your money you will regret it.

Absolutely wonderful! We stop here for dinner everytime we come to AC! Wonderful and lively couple running the place treat you to a homey and kind eating experience. The food is made right there in front of your face and everything is deliciously fresh. Been here 6 times already and incorporated bubbys into our AC trip itinerary for any future trips!

Great food. Since this is the only place down the shore to get great food, it gets very busy/crowded in the summer. That's to be expected. Everything they make tastes great though. And they have a lot of great options. Fake crab cakes, mock Cheese burgers, great pizza pies, and soup if it's not too hot out. This is the only place I'd go to eat when I'm down the shore.

Positives---
-The food has been good, whenever I have eaten it;
-A good, casual dairy restaurant is just what is needed...both by the Glatt Orthodox, and by others who want Kosher food or simply good food.
--The hours, ingredients, and prices are what one expects of Kosher food.

--The owners are CLUELESS as to a business model, or running a business. Being able to cook food is NOT enough to run a restaurant.
--If you want to order a small item (I went in simply for an ice cream

The food at Bubbie's is consistently excellent. We have eaten a bunch of the sandwiches....the pizzas (they are very good but the white pizza with spinach is incredible!), I've had the fake crab cakes and the fake fried shrimp...soooo yummy!
So far everything we've eaten there has been really good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are trying really hard to make this restaurant a success and it shows.
And btw the french toast with peanut butter and banana is to die for.
Tables inside and outside with umbrellas for shade.
