They literally don't know how to follow instructions. It's the 2nd time that not only did they receive the note but I called them to verify that they got my introductions. So they had the note and me calling them but they still didn't do it. I asked for no veggies. Extra rice. They gave me veggies and no extra rice.

We got ours to go. The food was fresh warm and tasted great as well as the sauces. The chicken and shrimp was fresh and tender with loads of flavor. The rice was cook perfectly and the egg rolls were crispy and fresh. My only complaint is the vegetables seemed to have been cooked with the seafood therefore it ruined the flavor of them.

Awful experience. I phone restaurant tonight at 7:45pm.
Requested two orders hibachi chicken and hibachi shrimp.
Lady who answered asked me to come quickly. My husband arrived there at 8:07pm. Order was not prepared and he had to wait until 8:30pm for order.
The best items were spring rolls and chicken.
The rice was greasy and old, dried up edges. The vegetables were mostly hard large onion slices.
Some broccoli was not only old but dirty. Shrimp was inedible, rubbery and tasteless.
Very disappointed!!

If you want the great taste of hibachi to enjoy in the comfort of your own home this is the place to grab it from! I go here about once a week and they’ve been awesome. The staff is very friendly and the food is always on point. I recommend the chicken hibachi. You get a ton of rice, chicken and veggies. Very fair prices for the large portions you get! 👍

This place is so friendly and fast. Food is amazing and they explain anything meal you're getting if you have questions. I got firecracker jalapenos. They are stuffed with fish and deep fried drizzled with sauce. She was right they are good! I also got the chicken teriyaki lunch box. Man it's loaded with so much food and a side of soup or salad. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. These pictures are after I ate 😄.......
Update: still coming here for the fire cracker jalapenos! Still amazing service and mouth watering food. Again if you haven't tried this place you need too!
