We are a licensed childcare institution that provides part and full-time care for children ages 0-5 years old. We opened our doors in May of 2016, with the goal of creating a stress free environment and to foster a love of life long learning. We utilize a play-based approach to learning. Children have an innate set of interests that can be used to stimulate learning through teacher-guided scaffolding, or independently.

Our curriculum for infants focuses on positive communication between teacher and student. By placing emphasis on relationship building and warmth, infants are more receptive to the Spanish Language from the teacher. Further, early introduction to Spanish evades perceptual narrowing that occurs at around 8 to 12 months in infants, meaning that if introduced early infants are able to distinguish between Spanish words.

Language curriculum for toddlers includes Spanish vocabulary acquisition, grammar teaching, and abundant positive communication and interactions. By being with our toddlers through their language burst, we are able to expand on their Spanish by engaging them with rich conversations daily. Further, we stimulate phonological awareness ( sound recognition), phonemic awareness ( word sound recognition), and love for words.

For preschoolers, the focus is on developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Daily engagement in Spanish conversation and following instructions show how children should now be able to communicate in both Spanish and English. Teachers will aid students in grammar and syntax. For preschoolers, the focus should now be on counting 1-50, patterns, sorting, grouping, and measurement comparisons.
