I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma, HSP's, empaths, step parent issues, and parents of adults and children with disabilities. I help people who's fear, anxiety and depression takes over at the worst possible moments. I also help equip them with tools to help manage their stress before it has a chance to take over.

Here are some fun facts about me. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2016. I also attended Boise State University 2009-2012 where I earned my Bachelor of Social Work Degree and graduated PHI ALPHA. As a licensed clinician I provide services in individual psychotherapy.
We all know kids who can't sit still, who never seem to listen, who blurt out inappropriate comments, or don't follow instructions no matter how clearly you present them. While it's normal for kids to forget their homework, daydream during class or act without thinking, inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity are also signs of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD.
