My husband has been to the facility twice in the last year for rehabilitation. The therapy staff is absolutely amazing and truly top notch. The nursing staff was very caring, compassionate and kept me informed of changes with my husbands care. My husband talks about how the staff handled him with care and really took care of him. Everyone has been so friendly. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. We are thankful for the care that he received and would definitely recommend Millennium.

My wife had to stay 5 extra days in the hospital, costing thousands of dollars due to the lying, manipulative, irresponsible staff at this facility. Even the hospital said they have never seen such disregard for a person's needs in all the years they have been in business. Do not trust ANYONE at this facility, they will lie to your face and smile. Glad that she didn't go here in the end. Do not trust these liars with your loved one.

Serve chicken half cooked then make residents eat it. Leave them in soiled diapers for over 12 hours on a regular basis. Bed sores, UTI's, numerous infections, no rehabilitation, but charge for it. The list goes on until you die...

My wife has been there 5 weeks and it has been a nightmare. One of her meds required once a day was not given for at least a week. We were told that records indicated she had been given the med. She often has to wait extended periods before any one will clean her so that she can use a catheter. Dietary requests are essentially ignored. We have requested all records a week ago and are still waiting. I am not allowed to visit in her room even thought she has no roommate. A visit outside must be scheduled days in advance even though she is wheelchair bound and recovering from a shoulder operation

This place is the worst. The only good part of this place is the therapy team. When it come to the care of the patients it's the worst. Today would make the 3rd time that someone has stolen my food out of the refrigerator. The front desk and other staff just try to brush you off. Like your crazy I would not let my loved ones come here.

The best and most professional and experienced staff of Nurse Practitioner,Nurses,CNA, Therapist, and Administration team I've seen. I was at my weakest point in life mentally and physically but working with these good people helped bring me back to one of the strongest forms in my life. If you have a need for a nursing home, or rehabilitation for yourself or loved one I recommend Milliniuem Post Acute Rehabilitation Center in West Columbia.

My experience at Millennium has been 5 stars, from the therapy to the nursing and all other staff. I feel like this was the best place for me to come to rehab to home!

Long term care at this facility is horrible. They have constant turn overs from management to direct care. The residents are told they have to stay in bed due to lack of staff. The first floor is great because it's short term care. We recognize this is not the situation for long term care and retaining GOOD employees in this climate is very difficult, however, doing the decent things such as answering the phone, getting the resident up at least 2-3 times weekly, responding to residents when they call, being professional in attitude, dress, and demeanor is not high on this facility's list . Again

Wonderful staff. The renovations are coming along nicely. My mother has been in this facility for over 3 years, and I can tell you that over the last year and a half with the change in Administration, things are getting better. I had the chance of meeting the Administrator the other day, and she seems to really take making sure the patients are taken care of seriously, and wants to know when staff are doing good and/or not so good. This place has lacked people who truly care and hold their staff up to higher standards in the past. I love and I'm sure the patients living her appreciates it. The
