When I arrived at the clinic there were a nurse o medical assistant in entrance. I did informed her that I am covid 19 positive that need to be seen for one specific symptom that maybe is no related to covid. The nurse said they would see me when I test Negative (covid 19) and also to go to a pharmacy a get antibiotics.
I told her that the state of South Carolina requires a prescription in order to get antibiotics. I was very surprised that she apparently did not know that or maybe she thought I did know 🤔 the law. She also referred me to go to other clinic to see if they MAY see me. She was

Ok I really like the consultants for my mental health. It would be 5 stars. I’ve taken a certain medicine for years that helps with occasional anxiety. I use to take as needed then life stress made me take one a day. They really help to calm me down to think through a process I’m dealing with. Then one visit I was told they as a group would not fill benzodiazepine any longer. Okay but will you work to weaning off. The answer was a strict no.these meds you cannot just stop without side effects. I had to move on to another place and I’m pretty much back to take as needed which is very rare

Front desk reps are rude and non chalant, to be working in the community they are not caring, empathetic or friendly. So glad i don't have to deal with this clinic on a regular basis. I had to BEG for a covid positive printout they tried to turn me away.

I really like Dr. Caldwell. I’ve had an infection on the bottoms of both of my feet for over two months. I could not get into see my doctor so I went to the walk in clinic. As soon as I met Dr. Caldwel I knew I was going to like her. she actually listen to what I had to say and looked at my feet really good and prescribe me several medicines. It has been 10 days and the infection has not cleared up so I called and talk to them she refilled my medicine without making me come in to see her. I really wish she could be my regular physician but I do understand that she can’t. I would give her 100
