I came in with what I thought was an alternator problem, which they tested for, and discovered a problem with the battery. They replaced it and did a few other maintenance things for me. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly! They helped me get a tow, financing, and even allowed my sister to yell at them when I took it and found that the check engine light was still on and it’s under the hood fan would run continuously after shutting it off. (They fixed it immediately and according to her, it was a simple last step of clearing out the codes.) The only reason for the four stars is the

I only bring and will only bring all my vehicles to honest-1. They have the best customer service, Chris makes each experience smooth and efficient. He is honestly always willing to go above and beyond for all his customers. I wait in the lobby most time when bring my car in and he treats every customer (new or frequent) all the same and all part of the honest family. I have done everything from oil change to a full engine tune up. Isaac is usually the technician that works on my car, he also goes above and beyond, and he is super helpful. I have received numerous text messages, emails and my maintenence light was on informing me that I was due for an oil change. I made a 7am appointment for an oil change and to look at my brakes because they were squeaking. All day I didn't receive a call. I finally called them at 3:30 asking for the status of my vehicle. Nick told me he doesn't know and it should be ready the next day. I told him that I needed my car for the next day but I'll get by. 10 minutes later I received a call from Nick and it was extremely awkward. I just moved to MN less than a month ago, during which, my vehicle suffered some significant damage. Went there cuz I needed an inspection before my warranty ran out. I called first and got an appointment very next day. Chris was on top of it the moment I walked in got me checked in send my car off with the one of the service guys he came back 35 minutes later with this report Chris proceeded to call the warranty company discuss with them whether or not the ball joints would be covered. They were of course but even managed to get the wheel alignment covered. I ask for and was given a loaner which was hassle free not only the process of getting it but the car itself.
