I drove my car to their shop to get my clutch replaced, they called me the next day saying my car was ready. Then they said my car had a bad Transmission and that it was stuck in 1st gear. I drove my car there everything working fine, and I received a non-working car. I still had to pay them close to $1,000 for a clutch replacement and I had to pay for a tow truck to get my car home. 2.5 years Later after saving up and finding a trusty mechanic I finally was going to start working on my car to getting it back on the road. Turns out they never installed/Connected some engine compartments back on

I called and they were able to fit me in. They swapped parts from my old strut to my new struts. Happy that they were able to depin and repin the wires. No CEL! I paid $90. Other shops were charging anywhere between $200-$350 just to swap parts! If the strut was on the truck, sure. But just the assembly? Man.....glad I found this shop.

The crew are family based. They helped me when I stopped by and found out I needed brakes. I couldnt afford-they did them as deemed unsafe and wanted me to stay safe..promised to pay them on payday..how awesome for a single mom who was in despair..They are my heroes! They go above, always ready to help. Michael answers alot of the calls and he seriously cares for their clients..he has taken time to help me on his days off..seriously who does that? These awesome guys!!! I advise anyone to go to them.They are honest and low prices..go check them out.

Nothing is worse than when your only vehicle breaks down! The staff at Certified Auto however, helped turned that experience around. First of all, they have excellent customer service, but they also were up front and honest with all repairs they needed to do and gave a fair estimate. Even when they discovered one part they were to replace was still good, they let me know and subtracted it’s amount from the estimate. I’ve been driving a long time and A LOT of other shops would not have done that. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I swear by them and encourage anyone looking for honest & affordable car repair service to go to Certified Auto & Light Truck Repair - Auto Repair Shop & Maintenance. Instead of charging me between $550-$800 for a job I scheduled with them, they contacted the dealer on my behalf and discovered the work is under warranty/recall and the dealer is required to fix for free. This is the 2nd time I’ve brought them a vehicle that they could have gotten money out of me but were totally honest or went above and beyond to save me money!

I will start off by saying I have had a lot of trust issues with mechanics and shops over the past 18 years and that all ended when I found Certified Auto & Light Truck Repair.
The owner, Steve, is the most straightforward, honest and dedicated Mechanic/Shop Owner that I have ever come across.
Certified auto has always fixed the original problem… that I was experiencing the first time in for whatever the issue was with my vehicles. If I was unsure of the issue, I would give them as much information on the general location and they have always nailed it.
The rates are highly appropriate

If you want to keep you older model vehicle running well and reliable , in my opinion this is the go to shop when I need car repairs and don't want to be taken to the cleaners. I never knew the men running prior to to using my first coupon on the back of my Cub receipt. As a senior I need to cut expenses when ever possible. Well I ended up using all of the coupon offered and my car rides like a dream. Also the gentleman at Certified Auto make me feel like an old friend and I trust them implicitly to with all of my repairs. Thanks guys !
