Vacations made annoying and rude!! Please don't go through this outfit. Save you and your family time and call or book directly from the hotel website. In fact, I thought I was doing that and don't know how these clowns got involved. They had us running from place to place probably trying to promote more tourism...but what a waste of time they put us through and did not give us the hotel we booked, but one far less in quality. Zero stars would be more appropriate! Instead of allowing at home ticket printing you must pick up tickets once you arrive after standing in line forever. I had paid $200 for four tickets to a Thanksgiving Day meal and play at a dinner theater only to find out my voucher I picked up was dated for the 18th which was prior to my arrival and definitely not Thanksgiving. On 11/12/21, I purchased 4 tickets from what I thought was Broadway Theater's contracted vendor. When I googled Broadway Threater, Vacations Made Easy comes  Up.  I paid them $263.76.  When I received the email notification, there was no breakdown of the costs, nor the seat assignments.  I was just told to bring email to box office the day of show. Something did not seem right. I googled again, and saw Broadway Theater's website after Vacation Made Easy's website. Ordered show tickets from Branson.com expecting electronic tickets. Was required to pick up voucher miles from venue with NO signage at the site at all. when I finally found it (required a phone call with instructions of "it's next to Bigfoot"

Buyer beware, and make sure you research the prices of the tickets before you purchase. If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered tickets for the great passion play in Eureka Springs,and After I paid for the tickets, I decided to check the prices (my own stupid fault for not doing that before the transaction, I know). Usually when you book through an agency, you are getting a bargain. What I found was that adult tickets were priced 18 dollars above what they are priced on the passion play website. Branson office - 3608 west 76 Country Blvd. Worst customer service I have experienced anytime - anywhere! I am 70 so been around as far as observation of customer service. Bought vouchers online for the Acrobats of Branson on August 8th. Upon arrival in Branson earlier that day, I stood in line to present my vouchers and get tickets. Went to the venue that evening with my tickets to find an empty facility. My husband booked a tour on Lake Tahoe for our family. The day before we left my husband tested positive for COVID. I called very early in the morning to let them know of our dire situation. They said we couldn't cancel and no refund was possible! I was totally taken back by their response considering what is going on in this country. Absolutely horrible customer service! Don't waste your money with this awful company!

I booked a cruise in Tahoe with family, but after receiving the email for my purchase (over $500) stated the tickets had to be picked up at a box office in a completely different place red flags went up. It makes zero sense in 2021 for an online travel hospitality business to require picking up paper tickets at a completely different location than the cruise.
Firstly, their 800 numbers hang up if you don't know the "agent number". To get through the correct number is 1-800-987-9852. However, I don't recommend

We booked a sunset dinner cruise for the MS Dixie in Lake Tahoe through this third party. Not only, did we have to take time out of our vacation to go pick up our ticket from their office, but when we showed up for our cruise an hour early per their instructions, we were informed by the dock that no cruise was even happening.
A worker at the dock said that this happens frequently.....
We were told the next day we would be issued a refund, but the inconvenience of this was inexcusable.
Do yourself a favor and never book

So let me start off by saying that the beginning of my experience was negative but it ended up being positive. I say that because when I booked online, I noticed that it was through a third party afterward. No problem, because they sent an email saying we could print the tickets at home. This was not the case. We actually had to pick them up from their office upon arrival to Tahoe. Considering we were supposed to take the boat ride that evening and we had to drive in that afternoon, I was worried we wouldn't make it in time. That wasn't the case.

Big Deal - They offer 65% returns or let you use for later dates - but still charge excessive fees to purchase tickets you can get yourself directly from the site.
They charged $387 for tickets on the River Boat cruise that I could have gotten for $258 had I paid attention and gotten from the cruise website directly. $129 to process 4 tickets? Really???? Lesson learned.
