I had an issue trying to book here, Stacy answered my phone call she told me there were no rooms available after I told her it was two adults and 1 child and just 2 nights. But at the same time I was talking to Stacy through email and she was telling me there were rooms available. I called from a different phone number and when she asked how many people I just told her two adults and 3 nights she said she did have rooms available before processing payment I told her to change my stay to two nights instead and she did. While at the hotel our room barely had any bathroom paper. Restaurants inside

Worst stay ever! Yes the hotel is beautiful but I can’t trust the staff, especially housekeeping. I checked out early from a paid trip because your staff broke into the safe in my room… broken trust I can’t stay there and will not recommend to family or friends. I’m so disappointed I was looking forward to enjoying the beautiful hotel… hire more dependable people.

First off...5/5 for Ibrahim (our waiter) at the Lookout.
We had a reservation, and the hostess “got our table ready”, then asked 2 other hostesses to seat us. They both sat on the couch on their phones and discussed with each other who would seat us. Luckily, Ibrahim came back to the front desk to drop off some menus and took us to our table...after being asked by the hostess. The rest of the night, Ibrahim provided exceptional service, while seating guests, cleaning tables, cleaning dishes and providing wine service to others, and getting tables ready for other guests. I was impressed with

I know what you’re thinking….”why are you giving 3 stars to a 5 star hotel?”
What they got right….Customer service, cleanliness, decor and overall atmosphere! I give all of the above mentioned 5 stars!
What happened? When you’re paying over $300 per night for a hotel, you expect peace and quiet… we got the opposite! We received the guest from hell! They rolled in around 9pm, drunk, cursing, throwing things, slamming doors and abusing each other. Around midnight when I couldn’t take the noise any longer, I called downstairs and reported them. The noise decreased only for moments

This is my third stay here for a work conference we have every year, and I love it every time. Not only is the hotel totally sweet and incredibly, but the entire staff, from front desk to house keeping to maintenance could not possibly be more helpful and accommodating. And they always have huge smiles on their faces which automatically makes you smile back no matter what kind of day you've had.
The rooms are all made to look like little rustic cabins. Some are slightly larger than others, but all are pretty good size. They each have a mini refrigerator and a fake fireplace that looks

I was working in Memphis and we went to stay there over the Labor Day weekend. Glad I only booked one night the hun was the best part of the hotel. The bar that was to open at 5pm on the third floor never was open. It never was faster than 25 min. There was no turn down service in the evening. Some people mentioned complementary Valet I paid $20.00 a night. The after hour door is not labeled and had to find it. The term after hours is only 8pm not midnight. We asked the staff for directions one guy said "I don't speak English ". In perfect English. I love the bass

We recently stayed for two nights. Being familiar with Big Cedar Im a little disappointed with the Big Cypress and their amenities. There were only three restaurants to chose from which were not clean. The… ride to The Lookout Restaurant was nice, however as most common areas the place was not cleaned. The elevator doors and glass was filthy. The doors and table tops were too at the most expensive restaurant. I understand as in Branson it has been hard to find employees to work. But there seemed to be no direction for the ones there. Except for the helpful staff in the BPS stores. The rooms

We got 3 rooms and spent a weekend with friends. The service was phenomenal!!! The staff truly want you to enjoy your stay and they do everything possible to make that happen. From the complimentary valet service upon arrival to the delicious home made cookies with the turn down service. The staff was always happy and smiling (not just the front desk, but the housekeeping team too) the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious with a cabin/spa feel.
Jason was awesome from the time he brought our luggage up to the rooms to when he shuttled us to our concert (and took us by the beer store on the

How anyone could give this place anything but five stars is beyond me! In fact, if I could it would get 10 out of 5 stars! My wife and I are local and on a whim, for our anniversary, we decided to treat ourselves with a local adventure downtown. From the moment you pull up to valet parking the staff is super friendly with happy greetings expressing how happy they are to see you and thanking you for staying with them. Our checkin was again staffed by super friendly folks who had us heading up to our room in minutes.

Completely worth the price without a doubt. Most likely the highlight of our six state vacation. Have to come back again. My husband called it redneck heaven, and it is, but so nice.
No matter what your idea of a vacation is, they offer it. The rooms are great to relax in, and look at the beautiful store lights and water with fish, you can ride the elevator to the top of the pyramid, go shopping in the store, go shooting in the range, or bowling. Plenty of dining options including room service.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice lodge. Very nice rooms.
Pros: nice room, quaint atmosphere with porch attached to room,
Cons: long walk to rooms, only two entrances then you have to walk around pyramid to your room. NO coffee shop anywhere near for early morning, service not quite up to par, never received cleaning service for 2 nights. Had to call for more in room coffee supplies: they just brought coffee pods-no cups or creamer or anything else. Everyone was nice, they just need to up their service game for the price!

I was impressed when we showed up but that quickly chaged when we were told after checking in for our reservation that they also charge a extra 20$ a night for parking .which ended up being 100 $ ..it would be nice if the mentioned that at the time the resevation was being made even the elevator ride cost money .

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we can't wait to come back. We both actually live in Memphis, about 10 minutes away so it was definitely a staycation. I am the outdoorsman of the couple, so obviously there was appeal to me, but I was really happy that my wife enjoyed it so much. The room was great, very luxurious in a lodge feel to it. My wife took full advantage of the air tub during our short stay, and she now wants one for our house. I was afraid that the lodge vibes might be too much for her, but it was pretty tastefully done. We really enjoyed the patio, and had several

Big cypress lodge was my favorite hotel in Memphis. But this recent trip completely changed my mind of this place. The rooms are big and beds and very soft.
Now whatever you do friends. Do not stop at the blue green vacations Kiosk in the middle of the store. It is not a questions center they are trying to sign you up for a time share thing. Me being young and really didn't know what I was signing up for, I would not wish this 2 hour seminar on my worst enemy. It's sad when you love a place and you just want to enjoy your time there with out people using tricky selling tactics to try

If you are a business traveler, this hotel is not for you. Just one functioning restaurant in a location visited by thousand each day. No coffee service before 8:00 a.m., and that was not even open this morning. The coffee in the room is crap, of course.
In fairness, this hotel is obviously not coping well with the COVID-19 impacts. But then, so many other hotels are coping just fine that it's hard to allow much sympathy on that count.
The rooms are very nice, and extremely well furnished, though. The bathroom shower is the best I've ever seen in a hotel in any country. Really first

EXPENSIVE! YET (Surprisingly) IMPRESSIVE!
I've been in Bass Pro & asked myself:
"Who would want to stay here??? It's a store!"
Well ... I was impressed! There really is a big resort hotel in here! Unnoticed on the retail side, I walked down the halls just like a hotel! There were all the amenities of a big hotel. We stayed in a "Duck Cabin" & it felt like I was in a cabin in the woods! Really nice! No stuffed-horned animals watching you in this room -just lots of ducks!
There's comfortable, large sitting areas, a bar, workout room, etc.
