My physical therapist, Victoria, was always welcoming, extremely friendly, and an amazing therapist. My issue is with the front office. A person there assured me on several different occasions that my insurance would cover extended visits. I was reluctant of extending my visits but her assurances convinced me. I explicitly told her that I would not be able to pay more than what I had paid before so to please ensure that my insurance would pay the difference. The insurance did not, and now I owe the clinic $800. I should not have trusted them.

My experience at the clinic has been excellent and far exceeding any results that I might have thought of. I went into the therapy open to any and all things possible and the staff and their plan for my care has given me great results in a very short time. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. They run on time and scheduling appt’s is easy. Made me feel at home. Have dealt with back issues off and on for 35 years and they get me back up and jogging again. They make it fun and all pitch in to help one another – true teamwork. They are amazing and now that I have found them, I would not go anywhere else for PT care. They are the best!

My husband and I have both worked with Dr. Victoria and we love her encouraging and friendly personality and wealth of professional knowledge. The entire staff was very friendly and worked very well together as a tea, and scheduling was a breeze! I had some long-standing knee and shoulder issues and they helped me function 100% better for my young family. I had such a great experience that I’m referring my mom there as well!

The entire staff at the Jones Creek facility have been very hospitable, professional, prompt and efficient. Every appointment has been right on time with no waiting. The facility is sparkling clean, bright and well maintained. Results on my recovery from Knee replacement surgery has been effective and at a good pace. The office/scheduling staff are especially friendly and really managing details of future appointment times, billing, etc. I am totally satisfied.

Victoria and the whole team are amazing! Scheduling was easy and everyone including front office was pleasant. Every one giving therapy gave clear instructions; are welcoming and understanding. They helped bring back mobility that I haven't had in years and now I have the resources to continue to do at home now. Highly recommend !

The staff here is AMAZING!! They are great at what they do and great people in general! My experience was the total opposite of what I was expecting! I was treated like a friend and not just a patient bringing in money. They took care of my needs and did everything they needed to do to get me feeling better quickly! If I ever need therapy again I will only go here!!
