This is the physical therapy place you want to go. I hurt my knee a couple months back and my complete recovery is entirely because of the wonderful people working here. It's staff are really one of a kind. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and they really go out of their way to try and coordinate with your schedule. It is a testament to their skill that with a few simple exercises they can entirely rehabilitate a person. Not only does their intervention help you gain back what was lost through injury or illness but it helps to strengthen your body in a way that prevents its recurrence
