Before going to this hair salon I sent the hairstylist a picture of hairstyle to see if she could do it, she said absolutely. It was my first time there and the hairstyle was very simple . I was a bridesmaid in my wedding and had to have the same hairstyle as the other bridesmaids. It was pretty clear from the first five or 10 minutes that Sirri had no idea what she was doing. I tried to inform her that what she was doing wasn't going to give me the hairstyle I was looking for, she was barely responsive and continued doing what she wanted. She also kept picking up the phone to talk to people

Everyone at the salon are extremely sweet, friendly and professional. My family and I regularly get our haircuts here, and are never disappointed. Serri and her sister definitely know hair.

Not recommend it. I've been here for haircut. First when I got there I aske how much do you charge for HAIRCUT and the owner said $40 haircut and $20 blow dry if you want! So I asked 2 more times and repeat her statement to make sure about pricing. So I decided only to dohaircut without blow dry and let her know about my decision. Even during shampooing I told her I only need haircut because I have curly hair. we decided Layer might be good. She done the haircut and I told her no need for blow dry. I went for checkout and she gave me pen and paper like (name, Date,price...) and I started to fill

Great talented friendly hair stylists. Been going for 12 years whenever I'm in town for blow out. Wonderful salon and they always make you feel welcomed. Flexible hours. Highly recommend them for any hair styling or color services. Proves are affordable! Better than a blow dry bar.

Wonderful atmosphere, great people and a perfect cut every time, always able to accommodate my schedule even on short notice. Serri, you are the best !

This review is long overdue. I've been going since 2002 and have always left refreshed and happy with a great new style. The ladies who work there are so friendly and hard working. The only negative is that I live an hour away and can't get there often.

Serri shame on you
You need to listen to your customer especially when they tell you of allergies

To use products on hair with out disclosing or disguising what it is

Is Serious especially if adversely affects ones health

To repeat this after you have been told and had specific instructions NOT TO USE

You use product that i told you not to
And then lied about it as it is burning my head and the smell making me sick

Shame on Serri
Don't Trust Her she does what ever she wants even if it affects your health

It is my nightmare!!! I came to this place with long rich silky hair, but went out literally bald! I just ask Serri to refresh my hair a little bit and make a nice shape. Unfortunately, she used some weird knife to cut my beautiful hair vertically. It's looks so bad, that I want to cry! Unprofessional, cocky women! Plus she hardly speaks English

Serri has a sure hand with color and highlights, and you'll love it each time. Serri does beautiful styling and make-up, too. My daughter brought her friends for the hair and make-up for the prom, and they all loved it! Nice atmosphere with gorgeous, modern salon decor, appointments on time and a reasonable price! Have been a happy customer for four years :-)

I've probably dyed my hair two times every year (maybe more) for about five years now. My hair was obviously really damaged, and I got the Clinic Straight Perm treatment to help strengthen my hair. Wow, did I see a difference immediately! Serri told me to try and pull on my hair to see if it will break apart easily, and it didn't! It was obviously much stronger and healthier!
